GBHappy, with a side of annoyance Although I’m very happy with OnlyVetMeds.com, there is something that annoys me. There is a medication that I order on a regular basis. I don’t understand why, with each order, I have to go through the entire process as though it’s the first order. Since the script is on file with multiple refills, why isn’t there a much more user-friendly, easy & efficient way of ordering?

GBI had prompt service on the first… I had prompt service on the first order, and so far this order has proceeded with the same efficiency. I very much appreciate that you verify from the Vet. That saves me a lot of time and energy. My only suggestion would be to put the dosage of the medicine on the paperwork, I had to look to the bottle to confirm the amount rather than the paperwork sent with the first order. Very pleased with your service overall.

Love the way the check out is formatted, making it easy to select whether or not you want an auto-renewal, for which pet, and whether or not your vet will be providing the Rx. The prices are SO reasonable, and I was very happy that there was free shipping, and no one trying to sell you things as you checked out. I am VERY happy with them so far! GBWorth the wait 😀 The medicine was packaged well with detailed instructions. The 10 % off my next purchase is very much appreciated. I was initially disappointed in the slower than expected shipping time. It was mailed 1st class so I guess USPS at Christmas time is to blame.
