She sat with me on the phone through the whole order update and made sure I got it all in so she could push it through and he wouldn't go without. The customer service is always above and beyond. One of my shipped emails didn't go through on my first order and when I inquired they immediately sent the tracking, then called to let me know it was a clerical error, but the meds were already enroute. Just happy, caring people every time I interact with them

Order Processing This is the first time I've dealt with ONLYVET, but it surely won't be the last. The processing of my order for Heartgard and Nexgard was done in a short time and the lady processing them went out of her way to be certain I was informed about the shipment limit for the tablets as the Vet had written the Rx in a fashion that did not align with the required shipment amounts.
