Great Place! I researched getting some medication for my dog, I found "Only Vet Meds" to be the least expensive around.......... I was previously getting the pills through my Vet, but they were pretty expensive........ when I went on line to order them, I was having a lot of trouble, I called them and they steped me through the process...... later that evening they even called to see if I had any other questions or concerns. "Only Vet Meds" are the greatest!

Excellent customer service My vet suggested an additional purchase when onlyvetmeds contacted them for my dogs prescription. They promptly called me and left a message. Before I could get back to them the next day they tried to call again. They went the extra mile to make sure I had my dog's meds covered for a month at a time. Thank you only vet meds!

My autoship was out of stock My autoship was out of stock, so Serena called me and made sure I could go in and order a different size of what I needed to fulfill my pet's needs. She sat with me on the phone through the whole order update and made sure I got it all in so she could push it through and he wouldn't go without. The customer service is always above and beyond. One of my shipped emails didn't go through on my first order and when I inquired they immediately sent the tracking, then called to let me know it was a clerical error, but the meds were already enroute. Just happy, caring people every time I interact with them

Worth the wait 😀 The medicine was packaged well with detailed instructions. The 10 % off my next purchase is very much appreciated. I was initially disappointed in the slower than expected shipping time. It was mailed 1st class so I guess USPS at Christmas time is to blame.

I had prompt service on the first… I had prompt service on the first order, and so far this order has proceeded with the same efficiency. I very much appreciate that you verify from the Vet. That saves me a lot of time and energy. My only suggestion would be to put the dosage of the medicine on the paperwork, I had to look to the bottle to confirm the amount rather than the paperwork sent with the first order. Very pleased with your service overall.
