GBIncredible frustrated Incredible frustrated with this company. My first order for Tri-heart was cancelled by OVM because their Pharmacist was not licensed MA. So then I placed a second order to be shipped to a relative in NY. A week after that order OVM told me the product is not available. The offered me a alternate product for $48 additional. This whole experience feels like a bait and switch. They also have the written prescription from my vet so I can't order the product elsewhere unless they return the prescription, which they have not done. Shop a more reputable vet supply store. And don't bother calling them as you will never get anyone to answer the phone.

GBExcellent customer service My vet suggested an additional purchase when onlyvetmeds contacted them for my dogs prescription. They promptly called me and left a message. Before I could get back to them the next day they tried to call again. They went the extra mile to make sure I had my dog's meds covered for a month at a time. Thank you only vet meds!

GBHighly recommended by me! I've purchased from OnlyVetMeds.com several times and the prices were low, the customer service was great, and I always received my items sooner then expected. I highly recommend OnlyVetMeds. They have become my first choice!

GBGreat price!!! First time user here. Setup was easy, cost for my dog's specific medication was best overall suppliers searched. Will reserve final experience judgement after meds are delivered and I'm able to configure my autoship properly. So far, so good!

GBGood prices and mostly easy-to-do… Good prices and mostly easy-to-do website. The graphics on the order site could have been just a little bigger and have more contrast, to make it easier to see and input all the required info. It was just a little frustrating having to type in all the pet info twice, maybe when ordering a second medication, you could just put the pets name, and not have to go through the breed, year born, and sex questions a second time. Also, why do you have to input the vets name, clinic, address etc, a second time? Do people really have two different vets, one for the Heartgard and a different vet for the Nexguard?
