Incredible frustrated Incredible frustrated with this company. My first order for Tri-heart was cancelled by OVM because their Pharmacist was not licensed MA. So then I placed a second order to be shipped to a relative in NY. A week after that order OVM told me the product is not available. The offered me a alternate product for $48 additional. This whole experience feels like a bait and switch. They also have the written prescription from my vet so I can't order the product elsewhere unless they return the prescription, which they have not done. Shop a more reputable vet supply store. And don't bother calling them as you will never get anyone to answer the phone.

I could not ask for better service… I could not ask for better service representatives!! Serena was very helpful in getting my order completed and was so kind and professional speaking with me. I will definitely be continuing to use them for all my fur babies needs. Plus the price of their items were the cheapest I found in the internet. Believe me I researched it in depth due to the wide pricing variation. Thank you!!
