GBMy autoship was out of stock My autoship was out of stock, so Serena called me and made sure I could go in and order a different size of what I needed to fulfill my pet's needs. She sat with me on the phone through the whole order update and made sure I got it all in so she could push it through and he wouldn't go without. The customer service is always above and beyond. One of my shipped emails didn't go through on my first order and when I inquired they immediately sent the tracking, then called to let me know it was a clerical error, but the meds were already enroute. Just happy, caring people every time I interact with them

GBVERY pleased! Website is very user friendly. Love the way the check out is formatted, making it easy to select whether or not you want an auto-renewal, for which pet, and whether or not your vet will be providing the Rx. The prices are SO reasonable, and I was very happy that there was free shipping, and no one trying to sell you things as you checked out. I am VERY happy with them so far! GBHappy, with a side of annoyance Although I’m very happy with OnlyVetMeds.com, there is something that annoys me. There is a medication that I order on a regular basis. I don’t understand why, with each order, I have to go through the entire process as though it’s the first order. Since the script is on file with multiple refills, why isn’t there a much more user-friendly, easy & efficient way of ordering?
