They offer auto shipping for medication so I don’t have to worry about ordering it again on time for future doses. Very pleased so far and I’m sure it will be delivered within the estimated time frame.

Good prices and mostly easy-to-do… Good prices and mostly easy-to-do website. The graphics on the order site could have been just a little bigger and have more contrast, to make it easier to see and input all the required info. It was just a little frustrating having to type in all the pet info twice, maybe when ordering a second medication, you could just put the pets name, and not have to go through the breed, year born, and sex questions a second time. Also, why do you have to input the vets name, clinic, address etc, a second time? Do people really have two different vets, one for the Heartgard and a different vet for the Nexguard?

She sat with me on the phone through the whole order update and made sure I got it all in so she could push it through and he wouldn't go without. The customer service is always above and beyond. One of my shipped emails didn't go through on my first order and when I inquired they immediately sent the tracking, then called to let me know it was a clerical error, but the meds were already enroute. Happy, with a side of annoyance Although I’m very happy with OnlyVetMeds.com, there is something that annoys me. There is a medication that I order on a regular basis. I don’t understand why, with each order, I have to go through the entire process as though it’s the first order. Since the script is on file with multiple refills, why isn’t there a much more user-friendly, easy & efficient way of ordering?
