Love the way the check out is formatted, making it easy to select whether or not you want an auto-renewal, for which pet, and whether or not your vet will be providing the Rx. The prices are SO reasonable, and I was very happy that there was free shipping, and no one trying to sell you things as you checked out. I am VERY happy with them so far! Looking forward to using them!

She sat with me on the phone through the whole order update and made sure I got it all in so she could push it through and he wouldn't go without. The customer service is always above and beyond. One of my shipped emails didn't go through on my first order and when I inquired they immediately sent the tracking, then called to let me know it was a clerical error, but the meds were already enroute. Just happy, caring people every time I interact with them

Good prices and mostly easy-to-do… Good prices and mostly easy-to-do website. The graphics on the order site could have been just a little bigger and have more contrast, to make it easier to see and input all the required info. It was just a little frustrating having to type in all the pet info twice, maybe when ordering a second medication, you could just put the pets name, and not have to go through the breed, year born, and sex questions a second time. Also, why do you have to input the vets name, clinic, address etc, a second time? Do people really have two different vets, one for the Heartgard and a different vet for the Nexguard?

Excellent customer service My vet suggested an additional purchase when onlyvetmeds contacted them for my dogs prescription. They promptly called me and left a message. Before I could get back to them the next day they tried to call again. They went the extra mile to make sure I had my dog's meds covered for a month at a time. Thank you only vet meds!
