GBI had prompt service on the first… I had prompt service on the first order, and so far this order has proceeded with the same efficiency. I very much appreciate that you verify from the Vet. That saves me a lot of time and energy. My only suggestion would be to put the dosage of the medicine on the paperwork, I had to look to the bottle to confirm the amount rather than the paperwork sent with the first order. Very pleased with your service overall.

GBMy autoship was out of stock My autoship was out of stock, so Serena called me and made sure I could go in and order a different size of what I needed to fulfill my pet's needs. She sat with me on the phone through the whole order update and made sure I got it all in so she could push it through and he wouldn't go without. The customer service is always above and beyond. One of my shipped emails didn't go through on my first order and when I inquired they immediately sent the tracking, then called to let me know it was a clerical error, but the meds were already enroute. Just happy, caring people every time I interact with them

Love the way the check out is formatted, making it easy to select whether or not you want an auto-renewal, for which pet, and whether or not your vet will be providing the Rx. The prices are SO reasonable, and I was very happy that there was free shipping, and no one trying to sell you things as you checked out. I am VERY happy with them so far!
