Excellent customer service My vet suggested an additional purchase when onlyvetmeds contacted them for my dogs prescription. They promptly called me and left a message. Before I could get back to them the next day they tried to call again. They went the extra mile to make sure I had my dog's meds covered for a month at a time. Thank you only vet meds!

VERY pleased! Website is very user friendly. Love the way the check out is formatted, making it easy to select whether or not you want an auto-renewal, for which pet, and whether or not your vet will be providing the Rx. The prices are SO reasonable, and I was very happy that there was free shipping, and no one trying to sell you things as you checked out. I am VERY happy with them so far! Order Processing This is the first time I've dealt with ONLYVET, but it surely won't be the last. The processing of my order for Heartgard and Nexgard was done in a short time and the lady processing them went out of her way to be certain I was informed about the shipment limit for the tablets as the Vet had written the Rx in a fashion that did not align with the required shipment amounts. Very Professional and helpful!

Happy, with a side of annoyance Although I’m very happy with OnlyVetMeds.com, there is something that annoys me. There is a medication that I order on a regular basis. I don’t understand why, with each order, I have to go through the entire process as though it’s the first order. Since the script is on file with multiple refills, why isn’t there a much more user-friendly, easy & efficient way of ordering?
