My autoship was out of stock My autoship was out of stock, so Serena called me and made sure I could go in and order a different size of what I needed to fulfill my pet's needs. She sat with me on the phone through the whole order update and made sure I got it all in so she could push it through and he wouldn't go without. The customer service is always above and beyond. One of my shipped emails didn't go through on my first order and when I inquired they immediately sent the tracking, then called to let me know it was a clerical error, but the meds were already enroute. Just happy, caring people every time I interact with them

VERY pleased! Website is very user friendly. Love the way the check out is formatted, making it easy to select whether or not you want an auto-renewal, for which pet, and whether or not your vet will be providing the Rx. The prices are SO reasonable, and I was very happy that there was free shipping, and no one trying to sell you things as you checked out. I am VERY happy with them so far! Great Place! I researched getting some medication for my dog, I found "Only Vet Meds" to be the least expensive around.......... I was previously getting the pills through my Vet, but they were pretty expensive........ when I went on line to order them, I was having a lot of trouble, I called them and they steped me through the process...... later that evening they even called to see if I had any other questions or concerns. "Only Vet Meds" are the greatest!
