Incredible frustrated Incredible frustrated with this company. My first order for Tri-heart was cancelled by OVM because their Pharmacist was not licensed MA. So then I placed a second order to be shipped to a relative in NY. A week after that order OVM told me the product is not available. The offered me a alternate product for $48 additional. This whole experience feels like a bait and switch. They also have the written prescription from my vet so I can't order the product elsewhere unless they return the prescription, which they have not done. Shop a more reputable vet supply store. And don't bother calling them as you will never get anyone to answer the phone.

Happy customer… Have ordered many items from you over the years and have always had exceptional service. Your website is easy to use and you expedite the order quickly. I don't know what I would do without your services. You are reasonable, dependable and efficient.

Worth the wait 😀 The medicine was packaged well with detailed instructions. The 10 % off my next purchase is very much appreciated. I was initially disappointed in the slower than expected shipping time. It was mailed 1st class so I guess USPS at Christmas time is to blame.
