That saves me a lot of time and energy. My only suggestion would be to put the dosage of the medicine on the paperwork, I had to look to the bottle to confirm the amount rather than the paperwork sent with the first order. Very pleased with your service overall.

My autoship was out of stock My autoship was out of stock, so Serena called me and made sure I could go in and order a different size of what I needed to fulfill my pet's needs. She sat with me on the phone through the whole order update and made sure I got it all in so she could push it through and he wouldn't go without. The customer service is always above and beyond. One of my shipped emails didn't go through on my first order and when I inquired they immediately sent the tracking, then called to let me know it was a clerical error, but the meds were already enroute. Excellent customer service My vet suggested an additional purchase when onlyvetmeds contacted them for my dogs prescription. They promptly called me and left a message.
