GBIncredible frustrated Incredible frustrated with this company. My first order for Tri-heart was cancelled by OVM because their Pharmacist was not licensed MA. So then I placed a second order to be shipped to a relative in NY. A week after that order OVM told me the product is not available. The offered me a alternate product for $48 additional. This whole experience feels like a bait and switch. They also have the written prescription from my vet so I can't order the product elsewhere unless they return the prescription, which they have not done. Shop a more reputable vet supply store. And don't bother calling them as you will never get anyone to answer the phone.

I really like the auto-ship feature as it helps to avoid the “panic order” if forgotten.....just set it and forget it. GBOrder Processing This is the first time I've dealt with ONLYVET, but it surely won't be the last. The processing of my order for Heartgard and Nexgard was done in a short time and the lady processing them went out of her way to be certain I was informed about the shipment limit for the tablets as the Vet had written the Rx in a fashion that did not align with the required shipment amounts. Very Professional and helpful!

GBI had prompt service on the first… I had prompt service on the first order, and so far this order has proceeded with the same efficiency. I very much appreciate that you verify from the Vet. That saves me a lot of time and energy. My only suggestion would be to put the dosage of the medicine on the paperwork, I had to look to the bottle to confirm the amount rather than the paperwork sent with the first order. Very pleased with your service overall.

GBBen was very respectful and helpful in… Ben was very respectful and helpful in rolling over my account. It's too bad the roll-over wasn't more successful as my dog has been suffering ever since. The overnight service is greatly appreciated.
