Great Place! I researched getting some medication for my dog, I found "Only Vet Meds" to be the least expensive around.......... I was previously getting the pills through my Vet, but they were pretty expensive........ when I went on line to order them, I was having a lot of trouble, I called them and they steped me through the process...... later that evening they even called to see if I had any other questions or concerns. "Only Vet Meds" are the greatest!

Incredible frustrated Incredible frustrated with this company. My first order for Tri-heart was cancelled by OVM because their Pharmacist was not licensed MA. So then I placed a second order to be shipped to a relative in NY. A week after that order OVM told me the product is not available. The offered me a alternate product for $48 additional. This whole experience feels like a bait and switch. They also have the written prescription from my vet so I can't order the product elsewhere unless they return the prescription, which they have not done. Shop a more reputable vet supply store. And don't bother calling them as you will never get anyone to answer the phone.

My autoship was out of stock My autoship was out of stock, so Serena called me and made sure I could go in and order a different size of what I needed to fulfill my pet's needs. She sat with me on the phone through the whole order update and made sure I got it all in so she could push it through and he wouldn't go without. The customer service is always above and beyond. One of my shipped emails didn't go through on my first order and when I inquired they immediately sent the tracking, then called to let me know it was a clerical error, but the meds were already enroute. Just happy, caring people every time I interact with them

I am so appreciative that OnlyVetMeds… I am so appreciative that OnlyVetMeds called to say they have a limited supply of our dog's heart medicine and they had set aside some for us. She helped me walk through the online ordering process and we successfully ordered this critical medicine for our wonderful dog! Thanks again for notifying us and helping us with the ordering!

Excellent customer service My vet suggested an additional purchase when onlyvetmeds contacted them for my dogs prescription. They promptly called me and left a message. Before I could get back to them the next day they tried to call again. They went the extra mile to make sure I had my dog's meds covered for a month at a time. Thank you only vet meds!
