Customer service remedied a tough first impression This rating is largely for the responsiveness of Home2Source's customer service moreso than the product I purchased. I purchased a natural wood sideboard thinking that the natural wood would make it sturdier than particle board. Unfortunately, the company does not connect all its wood pieces with screws but rather glue? Consequently, the pieces were considerably misaligned and the product is not nearly as sturdy as I would expect for the price. However, when I reached out to Customer Service, they were very apologetic and responsive. I feel like we came to a fair resolution and genuinely believe that they are committed to the value of their products. I will be a repeat customer, despite an initial questionable experience. Bad products can come from any site, but how a company's customer service responds speaks more to its value than one product. Home2Source proved itself worthy of a second chance.
