GotItWholesale was very good about tracking delivery and responsive to every inquiry. Part of my order was on back order, and they were good about updating me on delivery. No complaints.

Took over 2wks for Mfr to ship product after receiving order. Then ........ the shipment got LOST in FedX's system. Your crew was great .......... expedited the problem solution. Rec'd product - and ...... THE PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE. Your crew got to the Mfr............ and arranged for another to go out THAT DAY - via FedX overnight. Rec'd the replacement part today. almost a month and still not shipped Customer service team is great, friendly and pleasant. This company gets one star because the product we ordered said it would ship in 2-4 days, it's been 29 days and the product has not shipped. I've contacted customer service twice and had very pleasant converastions with them each time, but still have no idea when my order will ship.
