GBThe brass numbers I ordered for my… The brass numbers I ordered for my mailbox were outstanding. There was about a 3 week delay in shipping them but their customer service department was VERY responsive and it shipped a few days after I inquired.

GBalmost a month and still not shipped Customer service team is great, friendly and pleasant. This company gets one star because the product we ordered said it would ship in 2-4 days, it's been 29 days and the product has not shipped. I've contacted customer service twice and had very pleasant converastions with them each time, but still have no idea when my order will ship.

GBLight fixture is damaged and I’m trying… Light fixture is damaged and I’m trying to fix the problem. The screws popped out on two mount brackets at top of fixture. Also they sent the bulb to the wrong address? Still waiting on that item. Not a happy customer It was a expensive street light.

GBI may live in an "unfancy"… I may live in an "unfancy" neighborhood, but my mailbox, now"decorated" with it's quite classy- looking numbers purchased from this company, is not just easy to read, but elegantly so. This purchase arrived quickly; and application very easy. I love the quality brass and its font. Not to mention the subtle message it sends...I live in SeaHawk territory, but my mailbox is green, and numbers are brass-gold.

GBThis is the second order I place with… This is the second order I place with your company. Again I am missing items. I ordered 114 2 inch brass numbers and received only 70 of them. I am missing 44 number ones. How can this keep happening. It can’t be that difficult to read an order form and fill it correctly.
