GBThe safe is OK The safe is OK. The problem is I continually searched for Fire Rated safe and your company kept dropping safes into the results that are not fire rated. My fault I didn't check the final order before I hit purchase. Really annoying.

GBThought I had found the solution to my… Thought I had found the solution to my buzzer door problem. When part broke within 30 days I was required to send the broken piece back in rendering my unit lock less. Then there was a clumsy resolution that way too much time and effort. I had right model numbers for replacement locks but I’ve come to learn you might want to consider door weight. Finally received resolution after 3 months and dispute via credit card company

GBI placed an order on 1-11 & 4 days… I placed an order on 1-11 & 4 days later I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation. No holiday or weekend included. I have talked to customer service (very nice lady) & was told I would receive tracking information that day...still nothing. I emailed customer service & still no tracking information. I’m not pleased with the service I have received. You would think that when a customer buys a product they would get requested information in a timely manner.
