GBAt first I received the wrong lock At first i received the wrong handed lock. I possibly put in the wrong part number but after I finally talked to someone with the company I was able to send the wrong lock back and they sent the correct one. It seemed to take a long time to get the correct lock back but i finally received it and installed it.

CABad experience Ordered 4screws for Schlage Lock. Total cost of 10$. They were asking 200$ for shipping to Canada. Emailed them asking if possible to send by mail: never received any response from them. They don’t seem interested if you buy small items . So I got them screws elsewhere for a reasonable cost. This company is rated below 0 in my mind!!!

GBthey didn't send me everything I order… they didn't send me everything I order and I paid for everything in advance. I had called them several time. Plus they request email of all the document which I had follow all their instruction. They never call me back or sent me the missing item. Never order from this company.

GBThought I had found the solution to my… Thought I had found the solution to my buzzer door problem. When part broke within 30 days I was required to send the broken piece back in rendering my unit lock less. Then there was a clumsy resolution that way too much time and effort. I had right model numbers for replacement locks but I’ve come to learn you might want to consider door weight. Finally received resolution after 3 months and dispute via credit card company
