GBI placed an order for a hairdryer on… I placed an order for a hairdryer on the 16th November. I have been chasing since the beginning of December with no joy. I do get a response to my emails but basically with a tracking number which when I look just says the product is coming from China with no real information as to where it is. I can't find any information on the actual company, so like others on this forum I feel I have been totally scammed out of £109. I thought I had done my research but it was on the product and not on the company. Very angry and upset.

CATerrible quality and service I am extremely disappointed with the hairdryer I purchased and with the response I received when I tried to return it. The dryer doesn't get hot and the 14 day return policy wasn't honored as the product had been 'used'. I took it out of the box, turned it on, didn't feel heat, and turned it off. The company won't take the product back or return my money. I am completely dissatisfied and would rate zero stars if that was an option!

SECustomer Service, OSMO Lady shaver I bought the OSMO Lady shaver and waited quite some time for it to arrive. --- Side note, the delivery company OSMO cooperate with in Sweden is quite incompetent. They always 'cannot find my name on my address' and send my packages to a pick-up station instead. Which is quite weird because any other delivery services manage to. This means the package took longer to arrive than necessary. --- The shaver, when arrived, doesn't come with an addapter. Which is frustrating because they use a USB-A chord, which I have no adapter for. I searched on the website and can't see anywhere it informs one of the adapater not being provided with the product. I contacted OSMO chat customerservice and explained the dilemma. The service was good, when she realised my problem. I was reimbursed for the inconvenience which I appreciate. Anyway the 4-star is not for the shaver itself, since I haven't even tried it yet, but for the service I eventually got.

GBThere was a software glitch somewhere… There was a software glitch somewhere in the last of the wanting to pay for it. I'm 77, so I'm no geek, but it was an issue and I was able to wade through it and figure a work-around. That said, the write up on the critter cams was excellent and I appreciated all the tiny details because they are important. I can see that this family cares about what they are doing and I give my business to such entities (no matter where they are in the world) because people like you and those who work with you as a team, are to be supported and applauded
