We were helped by staff and when my daughter didn’t find the dress she wanted they made sure we got what we were looking for. I accidentally ordered the wrong size I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Within seconds of placing the order, I emailed them. The order hasn’t shipped yet but they claim they can’t do anything to help me.

They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress and it arrived on time. Thank you once again for the excellent service.

Poor customer service and return policy I received the dress late mid week and called and left a message Friday night on the machine and sent a message via their website to call me to return the dress .. nothing none called or replied to my request .. I called again Monday in which whom ever answered the phone said it was out of their 3 day return policy … he raised his voice at me … I wouldn’t buy a thing from this web site I spent close to $500 and they are poor at best in customer service
