My experience at Ruby’s was nothing… My experience at Ruby’s was nothing short of amazing! His store was organized and easily accessible. Ruby literally has everything from dresses, purses, shoes, and so much more. Even hats and scarfs, you name it and you can find it all at one location, RUBY’S!! Ruby’s personality was welcoming and friendly and I can’t wait to go back and find something incredible to wear to my next event !

Poor customer service and return policy I received the dress late mid week and called and left a message Friday night on the machine and sent a message via their website to call me to return the dress .. nothing none called or replied to my request .. I called again Monday in which whom ever answered the phone said it was out of their 3 day return policy … he raised his voice at me … I wouldn’t buy a thing from this web site I spent close to $500 and they are poor at best in customer service
