GBHesitant to order a prom dress online...BUT I was very hesitant to order a prom dress online, but there was no local store that carried the right size. I called Ruby’s to verify the dress was in stock, and received a prompt return call confirming it was. I immediately ordered the dress and had it in hand in two weeks, which was just as promised. The employees I dealt with were very professional and Ruby’s met every expectation!!!

GBI accidentally ordered the wrong size I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Within seconds of placing the order, I emailed them. The order hasn’t shipped yet but they claim they can’t do anything to help me.

GBThis store is great for prices being… This store is great for prices being low, but that being said you must make sure your measurements are correct. The return process is so costly it doesn’t make sense to send the dress back. They state this on the website pretty much but it’s just really disappointing that when there’s a problem it cost more than the dress is worth for the customer to fix the problem.

GBOrdered a month ago Ordered a month ago, recieve a email stating it shipped out 02/10/2024 it’s 03/09/2024 I still haven’t received my order. I will never in my life ever order from this company again!
