Should have googled reviews first… Also had a poor experience. They gave me the run-around, telling me I had to pay for various changes that I had previously confirmed with them. For example I would request a change that they would confirm, and then 3 days later tell me it was an extra $10 or $50 for the change. First shipment never arrived. They sent a second shipment that finally arrived 01/22/2024…. original order was placed on 12/17/2023. I started telling my friends that I got scammed because I legitimately thought I would never get my order. Should have googled reviews before placing an order.

100% would buy again :) I was super happy with my experience with PokePet Shop. They sent me a draft copy of what my card would look like and, I needed my pup to be darker in colour and more curls added and they changed that no problem for me. Within the same day I had the exact draft piece I wanted and shipping didn’t take to long either! It was fun picking my own powers for my pup and everything else I was able to fully customize myself which made for an amazing gift to my boyfriend. Also got one for our son to! Would buy again 100%

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They will mess up your order, not provide a digital copy to proof, and will stop responding to your emails if they deem it too much work to correct issues. Worst customer service I've ever experienced

Reading all the reviews from last year… Reading all the reviews from last year and i don't know if this place was just having a bad year or what. I placed an order for a custom blanket on 12/10/23. Got an email to approve the design and received the product on 12/18/23. The blanket isn't the best quality in the world but I have no complaints and would definitely order from here again.

Do NOT order from PokePetShop TLDR: Pretty sure it's all a scam. Probably should've googled them before spending 125$ CAD. I ordered a blanket and digital card on November 21st 2023 and they sent an "Order Confirmation" email followed by a "Thank you for your Purchase". The OC email stated it would take 12-17 business days to process the order. But the second email stated my "metal card" would be arriving soon, which I did not order. November 25th I get an email asking me to review the artwork, the link worked but the image was unavailable and couldn't be downloaded therefore be seen at all. So I didn't approve it or request revision, assuming it would affect the delivery date. I then received 2 more emails claiming I had "unused coupons" and trying to persuade me to order even more items, which tbh I start thinking this is all a bit suspicious... Finally, today (29/11/23) I receive yet another email but this time it's a second "review your artwork" so I opened the link thinking I may actually be able to see the artwork this time, but it was an entirely different order of SOMEONE ELSE'S PET. Now the site can't even be reached at all... So I'll be happy if I receive anything close to what I ordered. But I have to say, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
