They are legit… So all of my order came through and they are legit, the whole process from production to shipping to the UK took just under 2 weeks. I did find myself having to chase up on the digital artwork but it was sent to me. The main issue is the lack of communication from the courier on where the my item was. There are no damages on the metal card and it looks very nice! it worked out okay for me.

Issues with ordering system This company has issues with their ordering system. The wrong custom card was sent that is clearly incorrect vs the original order and they will not provide a replacement or refund.

Great experience Great experience! I appreciated the shipping updates for my order and my card was exactly what i ordered. The quality was also impressive, the card has some weight to it. I got it as a Valentine’s day gift for my boyfriend and he loved it. :)

Don't buy here. Ordered on November 25th 2022 with Christmas delivery guarantee. Still waiting for it to arrive (18th of JANUARY 2023). After 1.5 months of waiting for it to ship, the shipping status of " parcel data received" has not changed for a week. Really bad customer service, no action, will only respond after a few days with false promises (got the promise twice that package would send within 3-5 business days). It's crazy, rude and just feels like a scam by now. The design I got was great, but I still have not received anything. The company has undertaken no action, compensation, anything. Just " We're sorry we would be upset too if we were you". They took on too many orders and are not taking any responsibility or offering anything near good service. Really really really disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They will mess up your order, not provide a digital copy to proof, and will stop responding to your emails if they deem it too much work to correct issues. Worst customer service I've ever experienced
