I ordered 2 blankets..got 1. I ordered 2 blankets, & only received 1. They were ordered at the same time, same tracking number..the email I received says both were delivered. I was here when the mail carrier made the delivery. I spoke to USPS, and they said this wasn't an error on their part, & to contact the company. I've sent 2 emails, tagged the company on their Facebook post about my order..nothing. the blanket I'm missing is $85, and I am really upset. I better receive the blanket soon, or I'm going to have to contact my bank because I'm not getting scammed. Of course there's no phone number to call for customer service. This is very disappointing.

Love this blanket! Love this blanket! The quality of the image and the feeling of the blanket blew me away. Don't mind the fire type, this blanket doesn't overheat you. It feels just right and picking the big size was a no brainer. I'll be ordering another one soon as my dog is fighting me for this one.

Altered way is a scam company that… Altered way is a scam company that closes down when there's too many complaints and then reinvents itself as another company later. Now they're selling shoes. They ruined Christmas last year for my child and I wish there was a way to shut down these scummy individuals.
