I have ordered two blankets I have ordered two blankets both pokemon for my son. He loves them . He has now ordered one as a gift. Package arrived timely. Ordered the biggest size each time. Had no issues with each order

Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered from a Facebook ad and have learned my lesson. I placed an order on 12/3/22 for a blanket. It took eight days to ship out, but it did arrive in time for Christmas as promised, on 12/13/22. It was much smaller than I realized, which is my fault. I immediately contacted them for a return, which required a “support ticket” be opened, and that I would receive more information later. I then received a notification that my support ticket was closed, so I opened another ticket, and received another notification that it was closed. After a week I sent an email notifying the company that I would be fraud filing a claim with my credit card company if they didn’t respond with return information. Miraculously I received a shipping label that day, and I mailed it back with tracking. Altered Way emailed me on 12/28/22 that they received my return and would “process it” within 5-7 days. After 9 days I sent a follow-up email, and still have not received a response, after 12 days. I’m filing a fraud claim with my credit card company.

I was a bad customer After receiving a very small blanket 30x40 I was disappointed and left a bad review. Then I ordered the largest one they have with the 20% coupon they sent me. The owner then reached out to return the smaller blanket and change the price of the larger blanket to just the difference!! I told her not to worry about it, I would just gift the smaller one but it was very cool she offered. The quality of these blankets are so nice! The print is sharp and clean!! This is the company to go with for Pokémon blankets for sure!!

Amazing customer service! I got my original blanket with a bit of a crooked print and Sarah with customer service sent me a reprint free of charge. Amazing customer service!

LOVE IT!!! Honestly so surprised by this. I got it for my 12 yr old son who is literally OBSESSED with pikachu as an early Christmas gift since we'll be out of town during the holidays. Its honestly one of the softest blankets too. I got the sherpa style 😍. Going to be ordering more for sure for my 14 and 15 year old!
