Honestly blown away by this I was half expecting to receive some bad quality blanket but I’m glad I took the chance and ordered. Customer service went above and beyond, answered my questions very fast and helped me change my order to a different blanket after I had made my purchase. Overall a very pleasant experience and phenomenal product. Will be ordering more in the future.

Altered way is a scam company that… Altered way is a scam company that closes down when there's too many complaints and then reinvents itself as another company later. Now they're selling shoes. They ruined Christmas last year for my child and I wish there was a way to shut down these scummy individuals.

I ordered 2 blankets..got 1. I ordered 2 blankets, & only received 1. They were ordered at the same time, same tracking number..the email I received says both were delivered. I was here when the mail carrier made the delivery. I spoke to USPS, and they said this wasn't an error on their part, & to contact the company. I've sent 2 emails, tagged the company on their Facebook post about my order..nothing. the blanket I'm missing is $85, and I am really upset. I better receive the blanket soon, or I'm going to have to contact my bank because I'm not getting scammed. Of course there's no phone number to call for customer service. This is very disappointing.
