GBI ordered 2 blankets..got 1. I ordered 2 blankets, & only received 1. They were ordered at the same time, same tracking number..the email I received says both were delivered. I was here when the mail carrier made the delivery. I spoke to USPS, and they said this wasn't an error on their part, & to contact the company. I've sent 2 emails, tagged the company on their Facebook post about my order..nothing. the blanket I'm missing is $85, and I am really upset. I better receive the blanket soon, or I'm going to have to contact my bank because I'm not getting scammed. Of course there's no phone number to call for customer service. This is very disappointing.

GBHonestly blown away by this I was half expecting to receive some bad quality blanket but Iām glad I took the chance and ordered. Customer service went above and beyond, answered my questions very fast and helped me change my order to a different blanket after I had made my purchase. Overall a very pleasant experience and phenomenal product. Will be ordering more in the future.

GBLOVE IT!!! Honestly so surprised by this. I got it for my 12 yr old son who is literally OBSESSED with pikachu as an early Christmas gift since we'll be out of town during the holidays. Its honestly one of the softest blankets too. I got the sherpa style š. Going to be ordering more for sure for my 14 and 15 year old!

GBI have ordered two blankets I have ordered two blankets both pokemon for my son. He loves them . He has now ordered one as a gift. Package arrived timely. Ordered the biggest size each time. Had no issues with each order
