GBCan't say enough good things! I have to say I had a wonderful experience with this company. I reached out to their online chat person and ended up getting directed to Sarah. I had some questions about the photos of the card I was wanting to use. I worked with Sarah going back and forth a bit, I sent her a few photos of the card I was wanting to have printed on the blanket (mind you they were very VERY small photos) the next day I got an email with a mockup and it was crazy how well it looked blown up. While I understand things can look different on computers vs in real life, I was still a bit skeptical. It took about 4 days for my blanket to arrive and once I opened it I was shocked, not only was the print on the blanket so clear for being a 60x80 inch size, the blanket itself was incredibly soft and comfy. I'm not really sure what other people are talking about saying it is thin with blurry imagery and not well done because that is absolutely not the case with the blanket I received. I've already told all of my friends about this and they will be ordering soon. Top notch customer service, quick delivery and a stellar blanket to boot 1000/10 recommend!

GBThe blanket is much smaller.. The blanket is much smaller then expected very thin. They showed a picture what the blanket.would look like on a bed and it seems much smaller.

GBAbsolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered from a Facebook ad and have learned my lesson. I placed an order on 12/3/22 for a blanket. It took eight days to ship out, but it did arrive in time for Christmas as promised, on 12/13/22. It was much smaller than I realized, which is my fault. I immediately contacted them for a return, which required a “support ticket” be opened, and that I would receive more information later. I then received a notification that my support ticket was closed, so I opened another ticket, and received another notification that it was closed. After a week I sent an email notifying the company that I would be fraud filing a claim with my credit card company if they didn’t respond with return information. Miraculously I received a shipping label that day, and I mailed it back with tracking. Altered Way emailed me on 12/28/22 that they received my return and would “process it” within 5-7 days. After 9 days I sent a follow-up email, and still have not received a response, after 12 days. I’m filing a fraud claim with my credit card company.

GBMy son really appreciated it! While soft and visibly stunning on one side, the back is a little lackluster. Suggestion: it could made to look like the back of a Pokémon card. I am not sure what I was expecting, maybe a bit of filling. Even at the discounted rate, it felt a bit pricey for a one layer blanket. Also, their use of the word "custom" seems a bit strong. To me, "custom" meant uniquely personalized. Example: person's name and/or likeness incorporated into the card as either a Pokémon creature or trainer. However, they do have a wide selection of each Pokémon species they portray.
