USI paid over a week ago and though it… I paid over a week ago and though it shows shipping it has been awaiting pickup for over a week now. I wouldn’t order directly thru them again. Amazon had three day delivery, I should have bought thru them… as to item I can’t tell because I am still waiting for it to arrive

CAThis company This company? Has zero cancellation policy ! I cancelled after 1 day when I originally ordered it, There was No attempt to rectify the issue on their part ... And did not help at all in that process, Instead of acknowledging my cancellation they told me to track down the package!!!!!! Extremely poor or non existent customer service,,,,, Be warned If you think you can cancel ,,,,, You Can't!!! I am going to the bank today to see what can be done,,,,, Extremely Poor DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT !!!!!!
