Now it doesn't work consistently." She or her family left the product out in the rain & she leaves a bad review & blames the product for not working consistently after her failure to bring it inside? Omgosh!

No Product, Unresponsive Customer Service Completely nonresponsive after more than a week of delivery listing as 'waiting to be shipped' on the tracking number after getting emailed that it was already on the way. No sign of product, no response to emails or web forms, disappointing void of customer service.
