This company This company? Has zero cancellation policy ! I cancelled after 1 day when I originally ordered it, There was No attempt to rectify the issue on their part ... And did not help at all in that process, Instead of acknowledging my cancellation they told me to track down the package!!!!!! Extremely poor or non existent customer service,,,,, Be warned If you think you can cancel ,,,,, You Can't!!! Delivery to Canada is slow but Product Great The delivery to Canada is slow - expect a good week and half. Other than that I tried it first in our washroom for only 15 minutes. After the 45 min wait as noted, I removed it and permitted the room to air out. There was mold spots gone from the wall and the shower curtain (cloth) had no washroom smell left and was even whiter in appearance showing unknow mold was destroyed.
