Awful service Ordered 2 clocks. Received one despite being charged for two. Messaged the business and their response was ‘we’ll check with the warehouse’ despite numerous attempts to follow up they wouldn’t answer. Daylight robbers this lot AVOID!!!

The platter itself was well done and a… The platter itself was well done and a nice gift, unfortunately it was let down by the packaging and the delivery. The platter was put inside a box that was too big with nothing wrapped round it, could easily be damaged that way, it was left outside my door all day, so when I came home it was soaking wet, had been raining all day. The box fell apart when I picked it up, and in turn the wet cardboard was stuck to the platter and made the platter wet, I left it out to dry and it looks okay now but very poor packaging & delivery

Do these people exist? I'm wondering if these people actually exist? I ordered a clock for my friends' retirement present around 11th December. The money has been taken out of my account but my friend hasn't received her clock. It's impossible to contact anyone by telephone, one number is not in use, the other one goes into voice mail !

Faulty clock Ordered a personalised clock that arrived broken (beginning of July '23) after initial response have had no contact from company after more than a dozen polite emails. Tried phoning at different times during the day but frustratingly there's no way to get through on the phone and NO option to leave a message !!!!! The company have really let themselves (and us as a family) down. What a shame for a family run business!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM! My elderly mother placed and paid for an order on 4th August 23 for a blank slate hanging sign and it never arrived. She was advised delivery takes 10 days but it is now 15th September and nothing. My mother has sent multiple emails following up and has been ignored every time. She has also called the phone number advertised but has never received an answer. She did not receive a confirmation email or number from the order and the payment was sent through PayPal which we cannot trace back. It's disgusting this company is masquerading as a legitimate business when they are clearly scamming people and stealing their money. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
