GBStay away from this company at all… Stay away from this company at all costs. Ordered an item three weeks ago that they said would be two to five days for delivery and have heard absolutely nothing from them. The shop phone number does not work, the mobile phone number is never answered, answer phone messages are never returned and emails are never replied.my wife has been blocked o. Facebook for daring to question why they do not correspond to any form of communication. I would not mind any delays if they actually had the nerve to tell me , but the lack of communication leads me to have to take things further. I’d be happy to remove or rewrite this review if I was told my item was on its way. But in the meantime I would recommend any potential customers take their money elsewhere.

GBThe platter itself was well done and a… The platter itself was well done and a nice gift, unfortunately it was let down by the packaging and the delivery. The platter was put inside a box that was too big with nothing wrapped round it, could easily be damaged that way, it was left outside my door all day, so when I came home it was soaking wet, had been raining all day. The box fell apart when I picked it up, and in turn the wet cardboard was stuck to the platter and made the platter wet, I left it out to dry and it looks okay now but very poor packaging & delivery

GBI can't give zero but have stolen my… I can't give zero but have stolen my money and failed to provide me with the item or refund! I paid express delivery was told it was posted but there's no tracking number even though I paid extra for this service! Have failed to respond to my messages. I got a WhatsApp reply saying would look into urgently and that they are busy and nothing now not responding to my messages again! Don't use this company

GBOrdered something on next day delivery… Ordered something on next day delivery (at a ten pound cost for delivery) and it has been 5 days and no communication received to say it has even been dispatched. I have emailed and messaged on social media for an update with no reply. The website states a 1-2 day delay but will also still charge people for next day delivery and state that it is available. If the company cannot provide next day delivery this should be taken down and delivery time frames should be made clearer. It would also feel better if there was communication to let me know about the delay.

GBAwful service Ordered 2 clocks. Received one despite being charged for two. Messaged the business and their response was ‘we’ll check with the warehouse’ despite numerous attempts to follow up they wouldn’t answer. Daylight robbers this lot AVOID!!!
