Do these people exist? I'm wondering if these people actually exist? I ordered a clock for my friends' retirement present around 11th December. The money has been taken out of my account but my friend hasn't received her clock. It's impossible to contact anyone by telephone, one number is not in use, the other one goes into voice mail !

Another unfulfilled order,with ZERO customer service Ordered a slate plaque as a gift beginning of August. Nothing received and no contact from them either. I have emailed 3 times and found also a land line number but still no response ??? I am yet another customer who has been scammed. How can we stop these rip off people being allowed to get away with this. Disgusting.

There service is UTTER RUBBUSH Their service is UTTER RUBBUSH! Order arrived and was incorrect. Wording was wrong. I emailed them 3 times (all ignored) then finally wrote a complaint on their system, that too was ignored. Gave up - they clearly just take your money and frustrate correction processes - AVOID.

Great service..great product! Great service. Efficient. Dan was extremely pleasant to deal with. Order processed quickly and ready for collection. Exactly what I wanted.
