I paid express delivery was told it was posted but there's no tracking number even though I paid extra for this service! Have failed to respond to my messages. I got a WhatsApp reply saying would look into urgently and that they are busy and nothing now not responding to my messages again! Don't use this company

Shambolic trading I’ve given this business 1 star because there is no option to give it 0 stars. After receiving a damaged wall clock and repeatedly trying to contact them, 2 + weeks later I have finally had to admit defeat and count my losses! This business clearly have zero integrity but evidently they continue to brazenly trade . My advice to anyone contemplating giving them an order would be ‘DO NOT’!!

Ordered something on next day delivery… Ordered something on next day delivery (at a ten pound cost for delivery) and it has been 5 days and no communication received to say it has even been dispatched. I have emailed and messaged on social media for an update with no reply. The website states a 1-2 day delay but will also still charge people for next day delivery and state that it is available. If the company cannot provide next day delivery this should be taken down and delivery time frames should be made clearer. It would also feel better if there was communication to let me know about the delay.

The slate memorial came quickly and was… The slate memorial came quickly and was just what I ordered and excellent. However, before I placed order I was offered 10 % discount but when I placed order none of the codes were recognised so no discount. I emailed and asked why and although the plaque has come I’m still waiting for a reply to my email.

Appalling customer service. Ordered a cheese cutter which never arrived. After two email reminders, they sent another. This one is defective as the adjusting screw thread is stripped. Four emails later, three of which there was no reply, I cannot be bothered to chase for the measly sum the cutter cost. Absolutely appalling customer service. I generously gave one star because you can't give any less.
