GBStay away from this company at all… Stay away from this company at all costs. Ordered an item three weeks ago that they said would be two to five days for delivery and have heard absolutely nothing from them. The shop phone number does not work, the mobile phone number is never answered, answer phone messages are never returned and emails are never replied.my wife has been blocked o. Facebook for daring to question why they do not correspond to any form of communication. I would not mind any delays if they actually had the nerve to tell me , but the lack of communication leads me to have to take things further. I’d be happy to remove or rewrite this review if I was told my item was on its way. But in the meantime I would recommend any potential customers take their money elsewhere.

GBDo these people exist? I'm wondering if these people actually exist? I ordered a clock for my friends' retirement present around 11th December. The money has been taken out of my account but my friend hasn't received her clock. It's impossible to contact anyone by telephone, one number is not in use, the other one goes into voice mail !

GBOrdered something on next day delivery… Ordered something on next day delivery (at a ten pound cost for delivery) and it has been 5 days and no communication received to say it has even been dispatched. I have emailed and messaged on social media for an update with no reply. The website states a 1-2 day delay but will also still charge people for next day delivery and state that it is available. If the company cannot provide next day delivery this should be taken down and delivery time frames should be made clearer. It would also feel better if there was communication to let me know about the delay.
