I attempted to buy a pump from another… I attempted to buy a pump from another pool supply company - even made The purchase. Then was told delivery would be between 1-3 months! Obviously I cancelled that order. My pool guy suggested the Defender 165. I searched and found you on line, ordered the pump, and received it in about 10 days! Awesome.

scam Entered my credit card details and got an error message that the store does not accept payment. Scam or out of business. Will have to monitor charges on my credit card

Perfect experience Perfect experience. Great price and availability on everything I needed for a pool renovation project and prompt shipping. Everything was packaged perfectly and the support team was very responsive when I reached out to check on an in progress order.

Take the money and run Placed order and cc was charged 11 days ago. Nothing shipped. No one answers at customer service. Multiple email attempts to contact with no response. Order tracking page goes to an error page. Ridiculous banner saying "chat and phone lines out due to severe thunderstorms". How 1960s an excuse. Either they are out of business or this is a scam. Stay away.
