I like the company I like the company, I have ordered a few things from them and everything has been fine with the exception of one open-box item I got that was damaged and I have yet to get a solution for that issue. Overall I find the customer care has been responsive and they do price match, unless its a discounted item which is alright. They have a good selection of lights ( I have never ordered any home decor items from them) Overall so far I haven't had any horrible issues and the shipping has always been pretty fast with all the lights I ordered so. I like to use the chat option on the website too which seems like a fast response vs the phone imo.

Scam company Scam company, do not order. No items stocked, 1 day processing takes a minimum of 4 days. Delivery is ridiculous. Customer service wait time is hours. Reviews aren’t real, they are from other sites as they don’t allow reviews. The worst experience, beware!

VERY glad I read the reviews before… VERY glad I read the reviews before spending $1200. I decided to check this company out after it offered me $50 off "orders of $500 or more". We found a dining room light we really liked, got to the checkout to spend well over $1,000.00 and the code wouldn't work. I attempted to call over and over, no one answers their customer service. Attempting to call them at 9am (east coast time) and their recording gives the obligatory "We are experiencing significantly high call and email volume." That made me remember TrustPilot, so I came here to check out their review. Thanks TrustPilot and TrustPilot reviewers. Based on the reviews here and the issues I was already having with this company before I even handed over a credit card number, you likely saved me $1200 and a LOT of anger and frustration with what is no doubt a dubious company.

Gorgeous Solution I searched high and low for a wireless standing lamp that would fit between two recliners where there was no outlet. The Poldina Pro rechargeable lamp was exactly what I was looking for! It’s simply gorgeous in the “rust” color.

I purchased pendant lighting for… I purchased pendant lighting for kitchen several years ago. The pendants were manufactured by Tech Lighting, sold by lumens. The three pendants have all failed multiple times and use expensive halogen bulbs at an extraordinary rate.
