Never received the order!!! Never received the order!!! Im waiting for two months.

Extremely bad experience Extremely bad experience. I ordered the product in November, after more than 4 months I didn't receive anything. I got in touch with the support multiple times and all I was getting was "we're working on the issue, there was delays due to the pandemic, and so on". As of March, 26th I still didn't receive anything. Do not buy here if you don't want to waste your money.

Even after sending many emails to find out where my item was or if it had been shipped, I didn’t hear a single thing. The worrying thing is the website and Instagram page looks so legitimate! Don’t be fooled. Do not buy from Build Modern Co.

I had a great experience with Build… I had a great experience with Build Modern. I ordered my Signature Smart Faucet and received it in 4 days! Installation was super easy which I did myself and the touch feature is very responsive.
