D'après photos ils font même mention d'une descente trop rapide de température. Un peu comme celle j'imagine que la cocotte subit lorsque l'on coupe le feu 😂😂😂. Toute ma famille était cliente de cette marque, je vais hélas devoir me tourner vers d'autres marques Made In France pour la suite. Staub ou Fontignac, je ne sais pas encore. Be cautious of the 'Lifetime Guarantee' that Le Creuset proudly advertises. We have just received an automated response regarding two damaged cast-iron pots, criticizing our heating techniques. According to the photos, they even mention a too rapid temperature drop, somewhat like what I imagine the pot undergoes when the fire is turned off 😂😂😂. My entire family was a customer of this brand; unfortunately, I will have to turn to other Made In France brands in the future. Staub or Fontignac, I don't know yet.

Don't waste your money Don't waste your money. Paid £75 for non stick pan to which everything sticks from day one! I read the instructions booklet carefully! It is worse than the £5 , 3 year old pan it is replacing. Customer service was pompous, unfriendly and unhelpful. Date of experience: 14 March 2024

Do not purchase if based in Ireland Do not purchase from Lecreuset.ie if based in Ireland. I placed an order on November 21st and received a customs request for nearly €700 despite Le Creuset saying that no customs are payable!! I still have not received the goods 6 weeks later even after contacting their helpline and emailing numerous times. Avoid!!!

I have reached out for cleaningadvice when i accidentally burned some food in my iron pan and further product information than listed and they answer very helpful and polite. It is much more service than i expect and that makes me trust the company and will gladly shop again. I did one return because of a minor thing and that was no problem. Very Nice Customer service and high quality products. Easy delivery home on my door.

Made an order for products through and… Made an order for products through and add for a cookbook and get a cookware set for free "just pay shipping ". The money was taken from my account but never received anything, not even the cookbook. Promotion said ships out in 2 to 7 days but I never received anything. It has been over a year now and I have moved to another state, but it was over 6 months before I moved. Not sure if they are worth getting, but watch carefully if buying through an add on the internet.
