I ordered 3 pairs and gave 2 away to family who are delighted. I was accidentally sent 3 more pairs which I declared and was allowed to keep for free with no hassle whatsoever. Excellent prompt customer service by email and post.

Lifetime guarantee is meaningless My BLX buds worked for 18 months then one stopped working. The extra charge for the lifetime guarantee is a waste of money. I have been contacting the company for 3 months and I cannot get a resolution to my problem, only standard replies saying the same thing. The guarantee is meaningless as there has been no suggestion of replacement or repair. Awful customer service response. Go Elsewhere.

Blxbuds is a scam! This whole thing feels like a scam to me - aka the earbuds overall suck for the price you pay but the worst part is that blx is not honoring their 30 day money back guarantee. I sent my blxbuds back within the 30 day window but since sending them back they won't reply to any emails I send them and I have yet to see a refund. Stay away from blxbuds if you value your money!!!
