GBNeed RETURN. Customer Service all talk/no action. I made mistake of ordering BLX Buds from gogetgadgetcrat in San Antonio. I discovered before my package came that I would need to return it, so have not opened the package, and have requested at least three times that they inform me how to return the order and have them issue a refund. They have sent emails that take a full page to say only broad generalizations about how they are so qualified and that it is so important to them that I be satisfied, but there has been no followup that actually deals with the issue. This has gone on for a full month now. I ordered Nov. 30 Requested cancellation on Dec. 1, They delivered anyway and requests to return have not been acted on.

GBBlxbuds is a scam! This whole thing feels like a scam to me - aka the earbuds overall suck for the price you pay but the worst part is that blx is not honoring their 30 day money back guarantee. I sent my blxbuds back within the 30 day window but since sending them back they won't reply to any emails I send them and I have yet to see a refund. Stay away from blxbuds if you value your money!!!

GBI like a previous review can only get… I like a previous review can only get one bud to work at a time. I’ve raised several tickets and get automated responses. I’ ve provided every number going but no satisfaction. I even stupidly paid for a warranty but cannot find anyone to contact to speak too. Very disappointed

GB1 star is too high I purchased the earbuds and extended warranty on 9/27/2023. They arrived 10/12/2023. I purchased these mainly for business phone calls. My clients reported the sound was awful so I started a return by emailing customer service. I followed the directions and sent them via UPS on 10/13/2023. BLX received them 10/18/2023. As of 11/26/2023 I have neither received a credit for the earbuds nor the extended warranty. What a disappointing experience. Purchase at your own risk.

GBBeware of this company! If I could give no stars, I would. Do not deal with this company. I ordered two pairs of earbuds using the 50% discount stated on the 2nd pair. Only one pair of earbuds received and the company has refused to correct this despite being provided with their own invoice confirming the order. The voice on the earbuds doesn't work so unable to use for conference calls. Shocking customer service, poot quality product!
