Need RETURN. Customer Service all talk/no action. I made mistake of ordering BLX Buds from gogetgadgetcrat in San Antonio. I discovered before my package came that I would need to return it, so have not opened the package, and have requested at least three times that they inform me how to return the order and have them issue a refund. They have sent emails that take a full page to say only broad generalizations about how they are so qualified and that it is so important to them that I be satisfied, but there has been no followup that actually deals with the issue. This has gone on for a full month now. I ordered Nov. 30 Requested cancellation on Dec. 1, They delivered anyway and requests to return have not been acted on.

Beware of this company! If I could give no stars, I would. Do not deal with this company. I ordered two pairs of earbuds using the 50% discount stated on the 2nd pair. Only one pair of earbuds received and the company has refused to correct this despite being provided with their own invoice confirming the order. The voice on the earbuds doesn't work so unable to use for conference calls. Shocking customer service, poot quality product!

No 30 day return I received ear buds from a purchase I made online, on November 19. I realized they weren't the quality I wanted so I tried returning them. They have a 30 day return policy, and I began trying to return them with time to spare. My actual experience was awful. I received and email stating all the needed were my Order Numbers. I thought I'd only ordered the earbuds, but they added on warrantied, shipping and handling greatly increasing the total price. In response, I looked up all charges including the warranties and such. When I went to their website, I got loads of double talk, but the bottom line is all they would return to me was 30%. I was put on hold often and for long periods of time. I made it clear the 30% wasn't what their guarantee offered. I wish I'd have found Trustpilot sooner!

I just ordered my buds and got them the…other day so time will tell have good they are. I just ordered my buds and got them the other day so far so good but didn't find all of these bad reviews until after I ordered them oh well guess I am stuck.I will say this much have bose earbuds also and one of the earbuds went bad but been a year of two since purchasing and pay a HELL LOT MORE then for the blxbuds.

BLX buds faulty after 2mths BLX buds became faulty after only 2 months use. This of course is outside of their 30day warranty. There is a reason they only provide 30 days….. cheaply made tat. While working, the touch buttons were very flakey at best and recharging the earbuds via the charging case didn’t always work correctly either. I contacted BLX who said tough you’re outside our warranty period. !DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAP HEADPHONES!
