1 star is too high I purchased the earbuds and extended warranty on 9/27/2023. They arrived 10/12/2023. I purchased these mainly for business phone calls. My clients reported the sound was awful so I started a return by emailing customer service. I followed the directions and sent them via UPS on 10/13/2023. BLX received them 10/18/2023. As of 11/26/2023 I have neither received a credit for the earbuds nor the extended warranty. What a disappointing experience. Purchase at your own risk.

I like a previous review can only get… I like a previous review can only get one bud to work at a time. I’ve raised several tickets and get automated responses. I’ ve provided every number going but no satisfaction. I even stupidly paid for a warranty but cannot find anyone to contact to speak too. Very disappointed

"This Contact Form will save you time in getting a FASTER response, but if you prefer to reach us by phone, click . You may experience longer than usual waiting times." There's no button that's missing, it's literally a blank space where they say you can call them. Edit after company response: You didn't provide me a method to reply to your response. Should I do this and edit my initial review to add the order number on a public forum?

Great buds for the price. Well I don't know which buds the other reviewers have been using but I think BLX buds are great! OK, the sound isn't amazing but it's decent enough for a £50 pair of buds! The charging case holds it's charge until you've literally run it flat with using the buds. If i fully charge my case and I haven't used my buds for a few weeks there's still full charge unlike my £250 Bose ones that lose charge even without use! For the price, comfort and sound I would give BLX buds an 8 out of 10 all day long!
