GBFirst and foremost First and foremost, there is no help with anything from this company. After waiting over a month, I received the earbuds. Nothing like the add. No App for adjustment, all on the earbuds. Increases volume which is distorted but has no other features that really work. Called and left several messages, sent numerous emails and no answer except what came from auto return. Worthless and they will not accept a return. Nothing I read about these earbuds was true. Horrible company.

GBI just ordered my buds and got them the…other day so time will tell have good they are. I just ordered my buds and got them the other day so far so good but didn't find all of these bad reviews until after I ordered them oh well guess I am stuck.I will say this much have bose earbuds also and one of the earbuds went bad but been a year of two since purchasing and pay a HELL LOT MORE then for the blxbuds.

GBBLX buds faulty after 2mths BLX buds became faulty after only 2 months use. This of course is outside of their 30day warranty. There is a reason they only provide 30 days….. cheaply made tat. While working, the touch buttons were very flakey at best and recharging the earbuds via the charging case didn’t always work correctly either. I contacted BLX who said tough you’re outside our warranty period. !DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAP HEADPHONES!

GBGreat buds for the price. Well I don't know which buds the other reviewers have been using but I think BLX buds are great! OK, the sound isn't amazing but it's decent enough for a £50 pair of buds! The charging case holds it's charge until you've literally run it flat with using the buds. If i fully charge my case and I haven't used my buds for a few weeks there's still full charge unlike my £250 Bose ones that lose charge even without use! For the price, comfort and sound I would give BLX buds an 8 out of 10 all day long!

GBNeed RETURN. Customer Service all talk/no action. I made mistake of ordering BLX Buds from gogetgadgetcrat in San Antonio. I discovered before my package came that I would need to return it, so have not opened the package, and have requested at least three times that they inform me how to return the order and have them issue a refund. They have sent emails that take a full page to say only broad generalizations about how they are so qualified and that it is so important to them that I be satisfied, but there has been no followup that actually deals with the issue. This has gone on for a full month now. I ordered Nov. 30 Requested cancellation on Dec. 1, They delivered anyway and requests to return have not been acted on.
