Had notification that they'd been despatched, but tracking number is unknown Have emailed twice more yo try snd get a response but only get a generic response and then another email to say our purchase hasn't been completed and checkout before we miss out on this order. The product itself is dire as the microphone did not work properly at all. Their service model is absolutely hopeless and very frustrating as they say 30 day no quibble guarantee but no return address provided and service desk are useless. Also, reply did not actually send me an email as promised that I can find.
