Ignore negative reviews Do ignore negative reviews. I have experienced nothing other an high satisfaction from these quality earbuds. Sound quality and comfort are excellent. Great value. I ordered 3 pairs and gave 2 away to family who are delighted. I was accidentally sent 3 more pairs which I declared and was allowed to keep for free with no hassle whatsoever. Excellent prompt customer service by email and post.

Blxbuds is a scam! This whole thing feels like a scam to me - aka the earbuds overall suck for the price you pay but the worst part is that blx is not honoring their 30 day money back guarantee. I sent my blxbuds back within the 30 day window but since sending them back they won't reply to any emails I send them and I have yet to see a refund. Stay away from blxbuds if you value your money!!!

BLX buds faulty after 2mths BLX buds became faulty after only 2 months use. This of course is outside of their 30day warranty. There is a reason they only provide 30 days….. cheaply made tat. While working, the touch buttons were very flakey at best and recharging the earbuds via the charging case didn’t always work correctly either. I contacted BLX who said tough you’re outside our warranty period. !DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAP HEADPHONES!

I just ordered my buds and got them the…other day so time will tell have good they are. I just ordered my buds and got them the other day so far so good but didn't find all of these bad reviews until after I ordered them oh well guess I am stuck.I will say this much have bose earbuds also and one of the earbuds went bad but been a year of two since purchasing and pay a HELL LOT MORE then for the blxbuds.

Purchased 3 received 2 and an empty box Purchased 3 received 2 and an empty box. Contact form on the website just kept throwing an error, and the bottom of the page has an incomplete sentence regarding calling the company. "This Contact Form will save you time in getting a FASTER response, but if you prefer to reach us by phone, click . You may experience longer than usual waiting times." There's no button that's missing, it's literally a blank space where they say you can call them. Edit after company response: You didn't provide me a method to reply to your response. Should I do this and edit my initial review to add the order number on a public forum?
