GBFualty BLX Buds. WHY CAN@:T THEY JUST REFUND ME!\\\I purchased some BLX Buds earphones for… I purchased some BLX Buds earphones for my wife's birthday back on the 30th Sep. They do not pairup/synch with her or any other mobile phone. I have been contacting customer service to get a refund/return advice but get standard fob-off replies. It is now 19th December and I am no closer to claiming a refund despite having a warranty certificate. My order number is 2219734475. Please can action be taken.

GBVery cheap and made even cheaper The earbuds are priced fairly cheaply and praised as top tier in multiple articles I've come by. And they are decent for sound quality, the microphone is terrible. They disconnect frequently, have an inconsistent range, and now the left one has stopped working entirely. It has not even been a month and while I'm in the warranty period i wont even try based off the other reviews getting your money back is virtually impossible. Simply put these earbuds are cheaply priced and far more cheaply made. I'm extremely disappointed with how shoddily they are designed and i will purposely tell people to avoid them from here on.

GBI have been ripped off I have been ripped off. I bought the buds, immediately didn't like them and sent them back. It's been 2 months since they received them (I have the shipping receipt) and still no refund. They have the buds AND my money. I've rec'd 8 emails stating how sorry they are and someone will handle the refund immediately, but nothing happens after that. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!

GBGreat buds for the price. Well I don't know which buds the other reviewers have been using but I think BLX buds are great! OK, the sound isn't amazing but it's decent enough for a £50 pair of buds! The charging case holds it's charge until you've literally run it flat with using the buds. If i fully charge my case and I haven't used my buds for a few weeks there's still full charge unlike my £250 Bose ones that lose charge even without use! For the price, comfort and sound I would give BLX buds an 8 out of 10 all day long!

GBBLX buds faulty after 2mths BLX buds became faulty after only 2 months use. This of course is outside of their 30day warranty. There is a reason they only provide 30 days….. cheaply made tat. While working, the touch buttons were very flakey at best and recharging the earbuds via the charging case didn’t always work correctly either. I contacted BLX who said tough you’re outside our warranty period. !DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAP HEADPHONES!
