GBBlxbuds is a scam! This whole thing feels like a scam to me - aka the earbuds overall suck for the price you pay but the worst part is that blx is not honoring their 30 day money back guarantee. I sent my blxbuds back within the 30 day window but since sending them back they won't reply to any emails I send them and I have yet to see a refund. Stay away from blxbuds if you value your money!!!

GB1 star is too high I purchased the earbuds and extended warranty on 9/27/2023. They arrived 10/12/2023. I purchased these mainly for business phone calls. My clients reported the sound was awful so I started a return by emailing customer service. I followed the directions and sent them via UPS on 10/13/2023. BLX received them 10/18/2023. As of 11/26/2023 I have neither received a credit for the earbuds nor the extended warranty. What a disappointing experience. Purchase at your own risk.

GBBLX buds faulty after 2mths BLX buds became faulty after only 2 months use. This of course is outside of their 30day warranty. There is a reason they only provide 30 days….. cheaply made tat. While working, the touch buttons were very flakey at best and recharging the earbuds via the charging case didn’t always work correctly either. I contacted BLX who said tough you’re outside our warranty period. !DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAP HEADPHONES!

GBEar buds I've tried yo get in contact with this company on numerous occasions 1. To cancel order as postage was 17.00 2. Had notification that they'd been despatched, but tracking number is unknown Have emailed twice more yo try snd get a response but only get a generic response and then another email to say our purchase hasn't been completed and checkout before we miss out on this order. Now I'm reading the rest of these reviews and realise we have been conned for 117 quid. Gutted, distraught and damnrighg angry. This company should be held accountable

GBFualty BLX Buds. WHY CAN@:T THEY JUST REFUND ME!\\\I purchased some BLX Buds earphones for… I purchased some BLX Buds earphones for my wife's birthday back on the 30th Sep. They do not pairup/synch with her or any other mobile phone. I have been contacting customer service to get a refund/return advice but get standard fob-off replies. It is now 19th December and I am no closer to claiming a refund despite having a warranty certificate. My order number is 2219734475. Please can action be taken.
