I just ordered my buds and got them the…other day so time will tell have good they are. I just ordered my buds and got them the other day so far so good but didn't find all of these bad reviews until after I ordered them oh well guess I am stuck.I will say this much have bose earbuds also and one of the earbuds went bad but been a year of two since purchasing and pay a HELL LOT MORE then for the blxbuds.

First and foremost First and foremost, there is no help with anything from this company. After waiting over a month, I received the earbuds. Nothing like the add. No App for adjustment, all on the earbuds. Increases volume which is distorted but has no other features that really work. Called and left several messages, sent numerous emails and no answer except what came from auto return. Worthless and they will not accept a return. Nothing I read about these earbuds was true. Horrible company.

Ear buds I've tried yo get in contact with this company on numerous occasions 1. To cancel order as postage was 17.00 2. Had notification that they'd been despatched, but tracking number is unknown Have emailed twice more yo try snd get a response but only get a generic response and then another email to say our purchase hasn't been completed and checkout before we miss out on this order. Now I'm reading the rest of these reviews and realise we have been conned for 117 quid. Gutted, distraught and damnrighg angry. This company should be held accountable

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - order system does not work so you be charged, get the kit but no come back. The product itself is dire as the microphone did not work properly at all. Their service model is absolutely hopeless and very frustrating as they say 30 day no quibble guarantee but no return address provided and service desk are useless. Also, reply did not actually send me an email as promised that I can find.

Very cheap and made even cheaper The earbuds are priced fairly cheaply and praised as top tier in multiple articles I've come by. And they are decent for sound quality, the microphone is terrible. They disconnect frequently, have an inconsistent range, and now the left one has stopped working entirely. It has not even been a month and while I'm in the warranty period i wont even try based off the other reviews getting your money back is virtually impossible. Simply put these earbuds are cheaply priced and far more cheaply made. I'm extremely disappointed with how shoddily they are designed and i will purposely tell people to avoid them from here on.
