GBDO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - order system does not work so you be charged, get the kit but no come back. The product itself is dire as the microphone did not work properly at all. Their service model is absolutely hopeless and very frustrating as they say 30 day no quibble guarantee but no return address provided and service desk are useless. Also, reply did not actually send me an email as promised that I can find.

GBI like a previous review can only get… I like a previous review can only get one bud to work at a time. I’ve raised several tickets and get automated responses. I’ ve provided every number going but no satisfaction. I even stupidly paid for a warranty but cannot find anyone to contact to speak too. Very disappointed

GBNo 30 day return I received ear buds from a purchase I made online, on November 19. I realized they weren't the quality I wanted so I tried returning them. They have a 30 day return policy, and I began trying to return them with time to spare. My actual experience was awful. I received and email stating all the needed were my Order Numbers. I thought I'd only ordered the earbuds, but they added on warrantied, shipping and handling greatly increasing the total price. In response, I looked up all charges including the warranties and such. When I went to their website, I got loads of double talk, but the bottom line is all they would return to me was 30%. I was put on hold often and for long periods of time. I made it clear the 30% wasn't what their guarantee offered. I wish I'd have found Trustpilot sooner!

GBI bought these buds they broke within 2… I bought these buds they broke within 2 months luckily I set up the warranty only to be stone walled by the company. They do not respond to my messages after advising they would send out replacement out it has now been 2 months since they last communicated with me wasted my money on these please do not wast your money or time

Contact form on the website just kept throwing an error, and the bottom of the page has an incomplete sentence regarding calling the company. "This Contact Form will save you time in getting a FASTER response, but if you prefer to reach us by phone, click . You may experience longer than usual waiting times." There's no button that's missing, it's literally a blank space where they say you can call them. Edit after company response: You didn't provide me a method to reply to your response. Should I do this and edit my initial review to add the order number on a public forum?
