GBGreat verification process and ordering experience The website is laid out nice, the information and pictures also help. One thing that I found cumbersome is that the actual ability to know the limitations of certain shutter lines and which frames would go with what certain shutter type. That info was not revealed until the ordering process was under way. I had to go back several times and continue to edit until I got what I wanted. They should have the different shutter lines laid out on the drag down menu that spells out exactly what they are, one has to dig to get that info. The help line representatives were very knowledgeable and helped with the ordering process.

GBGreat product Lead time was 8 to 12 but it was worth the wait. My shutters fit perfectly with my measurements and all hinges fit to correct pieces meaning you cannot put the wrong shutters in the wrong places.. I'm very happy as these match my existing Home Depot installed shutters. They cost triple what I paid here. Dont pay for costly installers. You can't go wrong.
