Great verification process and ordering experience The website is laid out nice, the information and pictures also help. One thing that I found cumbersome is that the actual ability to know the limitations of certain shutter lines and which frames would go with what certain shutter type. That info was not revealed until the ordering process was under way. I had to go back several times and continue to edit until I got what I wanted. They should have the different shutter lines laid out on the drag down menu that spells out exactly what they are, one has to dig to get that info. The help line representatives were very knowledgeable and helped with the ordering process.

Great product, great support. I am a skilled DIY’er, but have never installed shutters like these before. The measurement instructions were clear. The process was fantastic. Just hours after submitting my order I was called by a someone from the ShutterStore. They suggested a modification which was a big improvement. After approving the final design the shutters were delivered in 3 weeks. Installation was easy. The shutters look great and are easy to operate. I was impressed with the amount of extra hardware supplied. I am very happy, but more important my wife is happy!
