A swift call back from the team to ensure we had followed all the information correctly and soon amended our order where we had inadvertently gone wrong. GBDelivered and installed Delivered and installed. One problem I had (my fault) was living in an old house nothing was square and the opening was too small to get the frame in. Solved by building the shutters in situ. They look great and neighbours have commented on how great they look. Thanks to your team.

GBVery happy with the shutters Very happy with the shutters. Although long lead times which are understandable due to being made in China. Also reason for it being so cheep. Can't understand why people complain as we were well aware it was going to take 12 weeks at least to be delivered. Quality is good but have to say very easily damaged, very soft wood. Blinds look really good and you wouldn't be able to see the difference from the expensive blinds supplied by UK company's that fit them themselves.
