Fitting them was also very easy and took me around 30 mins, so this time I've ordered another two sets of shutters. GBVery professional ordering process Easy to use website for ordering and comprehensive details regarding how to measure, so order placement is straightforward. This is followed up with a phone call to ensure that all the details are correct and a sensible discussion about how the measurements were taken to ensure no errors before manufacture. I'm waiting for delivery, so cannot comment on the shutters, but so far the support has been excellent.

GBOrdering a shutter So far our experience with DIY Shutters has been excellent. GBVery happy with the shutters Very happy with the shutters. Although long lead times which are understandable due to being made in China. Also reason for it being so cheep. Can't understand why people complain as we were well aware it was going to take 12 weeks at least to be delivered. Quality is good but have to say very easily damaged, very soft wood. Blinds look really good and you wouldn't be able to see the difference from the expensive blinds supplied by UK company's that fit them themselves.
