GBEasy design, ordering and support. Website very easy to navigate and explanations are clear and concise with added videos to assist. Can always call for assistance and there is a follow-up call to check order prior to order being completed and paid for. Flexible delivery options if you give sufficient notice. GBShutters are great and arrived quickly...but Shutters are great and arrived quickly. However, the instructions are abysmal. I'm fairly competent at DIY and following instructions - but these instructions are basic, with missing steps, they assume you know what all the technical parts are called, no diagrams....incredibly frustrating. They also don't provide rawl plugs. A video would help!

GBAlways impressed by DIY Shutters Easy to follow instructions for measuring and installation. Helpful call from Customer Services to confirm details which lead me to switch (correctly) to the buildout frame on a Bay Window as needed to attach to the window frame rather than the recess. Super quick delivery. Shutters look fantastic!
