Fitting them was also very easy and took me around 30 mins, so this time I've ordered another two sets of shutters. Can always call for assistance and there is a follow-up call to check order prior to order being completed and paid for. Flexible delivery options if you give sufficient notice. Great product, good price, and am a return customer. Would recommend.

GBVery professional ordering process Easy to use website for ordering and comprehensive details regarding how to measure, so order placement is straightforward. This is followed up with a phone call to ensure that all the details are correct and a sensible discussion about how the measurements were taken to ensure no errors before manufacture. I'm waiting for delivery, so cannot comment on the shutters, but so far the support has been excellent.

GBAlways impressed by DIY Shutters Easy to follow instructions for measuring and installation. Helpful call from Customer Services to confirm details which lead me to switch (correctly) to the buildout frame on a Bay Window as needed to attach to the window frame rather than the recess. Super quick delivery. Shutters look fantastic!
