A swift call back from the team to ensure we had followed all the information correctly and soon amended our order where we had inadvertently gone wrong. GBOrder Process I've given 5 stars as my 'expert' contact was very clear and helpful. I would, however, just say the wording in the acknowledgement email could be slightly less ambiguous by making it clear that the order will only be confirmed FOLLOWING the phone discussion. A very good process though.

GBVery professional ordering process Easy to use website for ordering and comprehensive details regarding how to measure, so order placement is straightforward. This is followed up with a phone call to ensure that all the details are correct and a sensible discussion about how the measurements were taken to ensure no errors before manufacture. I'm waiting for delivery, so cannot comment on the shutters, but so far the support has been excellent.
