Solved by building the shutters in situ. They look great and neighbours have commented on how great they look. Thanks to your team.

GBAlways impressed by DIY Shutters Easy to follow instructions for measuring and installation. Helpful call from Customer Services to confirm details which lead me to switch (correctly) to the buildout frame on a Bay Window as needed to attach to the window frame rather than the recess. Super quick delivery. Shutters look fantastic!

Lots of time to discuss best design options and then walked through the process step by step until it was the perfect design. Once confirmed delivery was very quick and the finished product is absolutely superb, we couldn't be happier with the quality of finish and the fantastic change it has made to the rooms.
