GBShutters are great and arrived quickly...but Shutters are great and arrived quickly. However, the instructions are abysmal. I'm fairly competent at DIY and following instructions - but these instructions are basic, with missing steps, they assume you know what all the technical parts are called, no diagrams....incredibly frustrating. They also don't provide rawl plugs. A video would help!

GBEasy to order shutters The website was easy to navigate and informative. The day after ordering Ellie phoned us and checked that everything was okay before confirming the order. She was also extremely pleasant and easy to understand.

GBEasy design, ordering and support. Website very easy to navigate and explanations are clear and concise with added videos to assist. Can always call for assistance and there is a follow-up call to check order prior to order being completed and paid for. Flexible delivery options if you give sufficient notice. Great product, good price, and am a return customer. Would recommend.

GBOrdering a shutter So far our experience with DIY Shutters has been excellent. The sales staff have been very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process, initially Matt helped us and we ordered colour samples and then Ellie took us through the order review and made changes where necessary.
