Very happy with the shutters Very happy with the shutters. Although long lead times which are understandable due to being made in China. Also reason for it being so cheep. Can't understand why people complain as we were well aware it was going to take 12 weeks at least to be delivered. Quality is good but have to say very easily damaged, very soft wood. Blinds look really good and you wouldn't be able to see the difference from the expensive blinds supplied by UK company's that fit them themselves.

A swift call back from the team to ensure we had followed all the information correctly and soon amended our order where we had inadvertently gone wrong. Extremely helpful , thorough and polite member of staff sorted our order out. Hopefully we will order the rest of our shutters after we have received our first one and all us well

Ordering a shutter So far our experience with DIY Shutters has been excellent. The sales staff have been very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process, initially Matt helped us and we ordered colour samples and then Ellie took us through the order review and made changes where necessary. Thanks to both.

Shutters are great and arrived quickly...but Shutters are great and arrived quickly. However, the instructions are abysmal. I'm fairly competent at DIY and following instructions - but these instructions are basic, with missing steps, they assume you know what all the technical parts are called, no diagrams....incredibly frustrating. They also don't provide rawl plugs. A video would help!

We're very pleased with the finish and look achieved. Ordering the shutters for our bedroom window was made easy with DIY Shutters. The 'how to' guides for measuring and fitting were really helpful . Various colour options and styles are available which ensured we could choose exactly what we wanted for our room. Ellie was invaluable in checking all our requirements before the order was finally processed. We received the shutters as scheduled and have fitted them. We're very pleased with the finish and look achieved.
