GBOrder Process I've given 5 stars as my 'expert' contact was very clear and helpful. I would, however, just say the wording in the acknowledgement email could be slightly less ambiguous by making it clear that the order will only be confirmed FOLLOWING the phone discussion. A very good process though.

GBExtremely easy to use site with lots of… Extremely easy to use site with lots of helpful information. A swift call back from the team to ensure we had followed all the information correctly and soon amended our order where we had inadvertently gone wrong. Extremely helpful , thorough and polite member of staff sorted our order out. Hopefully we will order the rest of our shutters after we have received our first one and all us well

GBFantastic Company I cannot fault this Company. From initial ordering to any queries, the. Customer Service Team are fantastic, prompt and so helpful. Also, the product is top quality, have just fitted our fifth set of shutters, and we love them!!

GBVery happy with the shutters Very happy with the shutters. Although long lead times which are understandable due to being made in China. Also reason for it being so cheep. Can't understand why people complain as we were well aware it was going to take 12 weeks at least to be delivered. Quality is good but have to say very easily damaged, very soft wood. Blinds look really good and you wouldn't be able to see the difference from the expensive blinds supplied by UK company's that fit them themselves.
