Helpful call from Customer Services to confirm details which lead me to switch (correctly) to the buildout frame on a Bay Window as needed to attach to the window frame rather than the recess. Super quick delivery. Shutters look fantastic!

GBOrdering a shutter So far our experience with DIY Shutters has been excellent. The sales staff have been very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process, initially Matt helped us and we ordered colour samples and then Ellie took us through the order review and made changes where necessary. GBOrder Process I've given 5 stars as my 'expert' contact was very clear and helpful. I would, however, just say the wording in the acknowledgement email could be slightly less ambiguous by making it clear that the order will only be confirmed FOLLOWING the phone discussion. A very good process though.
