Returning customer This is the second order of shutters I've made in a month. I was very happy with how quickly my last order arrived and the quality of the shutters. Fitting them was also very easy and took me around 30 mins, so this time I've ordered another two sets of shutters. As before, the person on the telephone was very helpful and confirmed my measurements and style choices were correct

Very happy with the shutters Very happy with the shutters. Although long lead times which are understandable due to being made in China. Also reason for it being so cheep. Can't understand why people complain as we were well aware it was going to take 12 weeks at least to be delivered. Quality is good but have to say very easily damaged, very soft wood. Blinds look really good and you wouldn't be able to see the difference from the expensive blinds supplied by UK company's that fit them themselves.

We're very pleased with the finish and look achieved. Ordering the shutters for our bedroom window was made easy with DIY Shutters. The 'how to' guides for measuring and fitting were really helpful . Various colour options and styles are available which ensured we could choose exactly what we wanted for our room. Ellie was invaluable in checking all our requirements before the order was finally processed. We received the shutters as scheduled and have fitted them. We're very pleased with the finish and look achieved.

Great company to do business with From start to finish they made the whole process very easy. Lots of time to discuss best design options and then walked through the process step by step until it was the perfect design. Once confirmed delivery was very quick and the finished product is absolutely superb, we couldn't be happier with the quality of finish and the fantastic change it has made to the rooms. We have a couple more to design and we will definitely use DIY Shutters again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
