GBOrder Process I've given 5 stars as my 'expert' contact was very clear and helpful. I would, however, just say the wording in the acknowledgement email could be slightly less ambiguous by making it clear that the order will only be confirmed FOLLOWING the phone discussion. A very good process though.

GBOrdering a shutter So far our experience with DIY Shutters has been excellent. The sales staff have been very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process, initially Matt helped us and we ordered colour samples and then Ellie took us through the order review and made changes where necessary. GBExtremely easy to use site with lots of… Extremely easy to use site with lots of helpful information. A swift call back from the team to ensure we had followed all the information correctly and soon amended our order where we had inadvertently gone wrong. Extremely helpful , thorough and polite member of staff sorted our order out. Hopefully we will order the rest of our shutters after we have received our first one and all us well
