Helpful call from Customer Services to confirm details which lead me to switch (correctly) to the buildout frame on a Bay Window as needed to attach to the window frame rather than the recess. GBDelivered and installed Delivered and installed. One problem I had (my fault) was living in an old house nothing was square and the opening was too small to get the frame in. Solved by building the shutters in situ. They look great and neighbours have commented on how great they look. Thanks to your team.

GBVery professional ordering process Easy to use website for ordering and comprehensive details regarding how to measure, so order placement is straightforward. This is followed up with a phone call to ensure that all the details are correct and a sensible discussion about how the measurements were taken to ensure no errors before manufacture. I'm waiting for delivery, so cannot comment on the shutters, but so far the support has been excellent.
