GBReturning customer This is the second order of shutters I've made in a month. I was very happy with how quickly my last order arrived and the quality of the shutters. Fitting them was also very easy and took me around 30 mins, so this time I've ordered another two sets of shutters. As before, the person on the telephone was very helpful and confirmed my measurements and style choices were correct

GBGreat company to do business with From start to finish they made the whole process very easy. Lots of time to discuss best design options and then walked through the process step by step until it was the perfect design. Once confirmed delivery was very quick and the finished product is absolutely superb, we couldn't be happier with the quality of finish and the fantastic change it has made to the rooms. We have a couple more to design and we will definitely use DIY Shutters again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GBOrdering a shutter So far our experience with DIY Shutters has been excellent. The sales staff have been very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process, initially Matt helped us and we ordered colour samples and then Ellie took us through the order review and made changes where necessary. GBShutters are great and arrived quickly...but Shutters are great and arrived quickly. However, the instructions are abysmal. I'm fairly competent at DIY and following instructions - but these instructions are basic, with missing steps, they assume you know what all the technical parts are called, no diagrams....incredibly frustrating. They also don't provide rawl plugs. A video would help!

GBAlways impressed by DIY Shutters Easy to follow instructions for measuring and installation. Helpful call from Customer Services to confirm details which lead me to switch (correctly) to the buildout frame on a Bay Window as needed to attach to the window frame rather than the recess. Super quick delivery. Shutters look fantastic!
