Great company to do business with From start to finish they made the whole process very easy. Lots of time to discuss best design options and then walked through the process step by step until it was the perfect design. Once confirmed delivery was very quick and the finished product is absolutely superb, we couldn't be happier with the quality of finish and the fantastic change it has made to the rooms. We have a couple more to design and we will definitely use DIY Shutters again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Ordering a shutter So far our experience with DIY Shutters has been excellent. Very professional ordering process Easy to use website for ordering and comprehensive details regarding how to measure, so order placement is straightforward. This is followed up with a phone call to ensure that all the details are correct and a sensible discussion about how the measurements were taken to ensure no errors before manufacture. I'm waiting for delivery, so cannot comment on the shutters, but so far the support has been excellent.

Easy design, ordering and support. Website very easy to navigate and explanations are clear and concise with added videos to assist. Can always call for assistance and there is a follow-up call to check order prior to order being completed and paid for. Flexible delivery options if you give sufficient notice. Great product, good price, and am a return customer. Would recommend.

An excellent service Have used DIY Shutters before and found their overall service from ordering through to delivery to be excellent. Have now ordered more shutters and have been really pleased with the process, ordering was easy and the follow up with one of the team to check order details was quick, friendly and efficient…..I would certainly recommend DIY Shutters to anyone looking to purchase shutters.
