Excellent customer service. Faux wood not great though. The customer service at the point of booking is exceptional. A very quick call back after your online booking occurs, to run through all the detail, provide advice and any adjustments agreed before the final order is put through. I order the faux wood, partly due to speed of delivery, but I must admit I wouldn't order these again. I have been somewhat disappointed and would wait for the real wood in the future. The faux wood is too bendy and droops, even in situ rather than opened. I wouldn't recommend. The company were great to deal with though and I would consider them for a real wood order.

Extremely easy to use site with lots of… Extremely easy to use site with lots of helpful information. A swift call back from the team to ensure we had followed all the information correctly and soon amended our order where we had inadvertently gone wrong. Extremely helpful , thorough and polite member of staff sorted our order out. Hopefully we will order the rest of our shutters after we have received our first one and all us well

An excellent service Have used DIY Shutters before and found their overall service from ordering through to delivery to be excellent. Have now ordered more shutters and have been really pleased with the process, ordering was easy and the follow up with one of the team to check order details was quick, friendly and efficient…..I would certainly recommend DIY Shutters to anyone looking to purchase shutters.

Easy design, ordering and support. Website very easy to navigate and explanations are clear and concise with added videos to assist. Can always call for assistance and there is a follow-up call to check order prior to order being completed and paid for. Flexible delivery options if you give sufficient notice. Great product, good price, and am a return customer. Would recommend.
