Excellent customer service. Faux wood not great though. The customer service at the point of booking is exceptional. A very quick call back after your online booking occurs, to run through all the detail, provide advice and any adjustments agreed before the final order is put through. I order the faux wood, partly due to speed of delivery, but I must admit I wouldn't order these again. I have been somewhat disappointed and would wait for the real wood in the future. The faux wood is too bendy and droops, even in situ rather than opened. I wouldn't recommend. The company were great to deal with though and I would consider them for a real wood order.

Easy design, ordering and support. Website very easy to navigate and explanations are clear and concise with added videos to assist. Can always call for assistance and there is a follow-up call to check order prior to order being completed and paid for. Flexible delivery options if you give sufficient notice. Great product, good price, and am a return customer. Would recommend.

We're very pleased with the finish and look achieved. Ordering the shutters for our bedroom window was made easy with DIY Shutters. The 'how to' guides for measuring and fitting were really helpful . Various colour options and styles are available which ensured we could choose exactly what we wanted for our room. Ellie was invaluable in checking all our requirements before the order was finally processed. We received the shutters as scheduled and have fitted them. We're very pleased with the finish and look achieved.

This is followed up with a phone call to ensure that all the details are correct and a sensible discussion about how the measurements were taken to ensure no errors before manufacture. I'm waiting for delivery, so cannot comment on the shutters, but so far the support has been excellent.
