A swift call back from the team to ensure we had followed all the information correctly and soon amended our order where we had inadvertently gone wrong. Extremely helpful , thorough and polite member of staff sorted our order out. Hopefully we will order the rest of our shutters after we have received our first one and all us well

GBOrdering a shutter So far our experience with DIY Shutters has been excellent. The sales staff have been very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process, initially Matt helped us and we ordered colour samples and then Ellie took us through the order review and made changes where necessary. GBAlways impressed by DIY Shutters Easy to follow instructions for measuring and installation. Helpful call from Customer Services to confirm details which lead me to switch (correctly) to the buildout frame on a Bay Window as needed to attach to the window frame rather than the recess. Super quick delivery. Shutters look fantastic!
