Helpful call from Customer Services to confirm details which lead me to switch (correctly) to the buildout frame on a Bay Window as needed to attach to the window frame rather than the recess. The 'how to' guides for measuring and fitting were really helpful . Various colour options and styles are available which ensured we could choose exactly what we wanted for our room. Ellie was invaluable in checking all our requirements before the order was finally processed. We received the shutters as scheduled and have fitted them. GBVery happy with the shutters Very happy with the shutters. Although long lead times which are understandable due to being made in China. Also reason for it being so cheep. Can't understand why people complain as we were well aware it was going to take 12 weeks at least to be delivered. Quality is good but have to say very easily damaged, very soft wood. Blinds look really good and you wouldn't be able to see the difference from the expensive blinds supplied by UK company's that fit them themselves.
