GBExcellent customer service. Faux wood not great though. The customer service at the point of booking is exceptional. A very quick call back after your online booking occurs, to run through all the detail, provide advice and any adjustments agreed before the final order is put through. I order the faux wood, partly due to speed of delivery, but I must admit I wouldn't order these again. I have been somewhat disappointed and would wait for the real wood in the future. The faux wood is too bendy and droops, even in situ rather than opened. I wouldn't recommend. The company were great to deal with though and I would consider them for a real wood order.

GBOrdering a shutter So far our experience with DIY Shutters has been excellent. The sales staff have been very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process, initially Matt helped us and we ordered colour samples and then Ellie took us through the order review and made changes where necessary. The instructions on the website are easy to understand, they even call back after you place the order to confirm everything, definitely recommend 👌
