Can always call for assistance and there is a follow-up call to check order prior to order being completed and paid for. Flexible delivery options if you give sufficient notice. GBShutters are great and arrived quickly...but Shutters are great and arrived quickly. However, the instructions are abysmal. I'm fairly competent at DIY and following instructions - but these instructions are basic, with missing steps, they assume you know what all the technical parts are called, no diagrams....incredibly frustrating. They also don't provide rawl plugs. A video would help!

GBExcellent customer service. Faux wood not great though. The customer service at the point of booking is exceptional. A very quick call back after your online booking occurs, to run through all the detail, provide advice and any adjustments agreed before the final order is put through. I order the faux wood, partly due to speed of delivery, but I must admit I wouldn't order these again. I have been somewhat disappointed and would wait for the real wood in the future. The faux wood is too bendy and droops, even in situ rather than opened. I wouldn't recommend. The company were great to deal with though and I would consider them for a real wood order.
