GBAn excellent service Have used DIY Shutters before and found their overall service from ordering through to delivery to be excellent. Have now ordered more shutters and have been really pleased with the process, ordering was easy and the follow up with one of the team to check order details was quick, friendly and efficient…..I would certainly recommend DIY Shutters to anyone looking to purchase shutters.

GBOrdering a shutter So far our experience with DIY Shutters has been excellent. The sales staff have been very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process, initially Matt helped us and we ordered colour samples and then Ellie took us through the order review and made changes where necessary. GBShutters are great and arrived quickly...but Shutters are great and arrived quickly. However, the instructions are abysmal. I'm fairly competent at DIY and following instructions - but these instructions are basic, with missing steps, they assume you know what all the technical parts are called, no diagrams....incredibly frustrating. They also don't provide rawl plugs. A video would help!

GBVery happy with the shutters Very happy with the shutters. Although long lead times which are understandable due to being made in China. Also reason for it being so cheep. Can't understand why people complain as we were well aware it was going to take 12 weeks at least to be delivered. Quality is good but have to say very easily damaged, very soft wood. Blinds look really good and you wouldn't be able to see the difference from the expensive blinds supplied by UK company's that fit them themselves.
