The 'how to' guides for measuring and fitting were really helpful . Various colour options and styles are available which ensured we could choose exactly what we wanted for our room. Ellie was invaluable in checking all our requirements before the order was finally processed. We received the shutters as scheduled and have fitted them. We're very pleased with the finish and look achieved.

GBDelivered and installed Delivered and installed. One problem I had (my fault) was living in an old house nothing was square and the opening was too small to get the frame in. Solved by building the shutters in situ. They look great and neighbours have commented on how great they look. Thanks to your team.

GBOrder Process I've given 5 stars as my 'expert' contact was very clear and helpful. I would, however, just say the wording in the acknowledgement email could be slightly less ambiguous by making it clear that the order will only be confirmed FOLLOWING the phone discussion. A very good process though.
