Helpful call from Customer Services to confirm details which lead me to switch (correctly) to the buildout frame on a Bay Window as needed to attach to the window frame rather than the recess. Super quick delivery. Shutters look fantastic!

Solved by building the shutters in situ. They look great and neighbours have commented on how great they look. Thanks to your team.

This is followed up with a phone call to ensure that all the details are correct and a sensible discussion about how the measurements were taken to ensure no errors before manufacture. I'm waiting for delivery, so cannot comment on the shutters, but so far the support has been excellent.
