I was really happy and appreciated the detail in packaging and the care they put into making sure the case wouldn’t get damaged during shipping. I can tell they take pride in their product from start to finish to customer.

Expensive? Yes. Worth it? 100% Ordered their Armada during the initial drop and was blown away by how well it was packaged. I didn’t have a single issue, but I have known a few people who received a cracked case, due to apparently FedEx drop kicking their box from space given how solid the packaging was, and H&H customer service has bent over backwards to make it right. 10/10. Would (and will) buy from them again!

Absolutely fantastic quality and fast… Absolutely fantastic quality and fast shipping. My watch display cover came damaged but customer service was very responsive and sent a new cover as soon as it was available. I would strongly recommend these products if you like to be organized with your EDC gear and like to have a nice display to showcase your collection.

Great service Product shipped on time as expected. Unboxing experience was great, similar to the feel of unboxing an Apple product. Premium feel and a great visual way ti display my watches. The drawers were high quality on rollers. Other drawers I have used get stuck or are difficult to open, sometimes subject to wear and tear but these seem like they will last a long while.
