While they need to up the speed of their customer service, they overall are great and helpful, and I'm super excited to see what they come out with next.

Great product but I think after sales… Great product but I think after sales services need to improve. After you purchased the watch dock inside the package there is a paper slip with a QR code for you to scan and to a link, which is if your pillars are too big for the watch. But there were no further responses after I’ve submitted everything. When I sent email directly to their contact they came back and say there is actually nothing they can do for the pillars size and asked me to consider to buy the other product with removable pillars. Kind of pointless when you include something in the package that nothing can be done.

I was really happy and appreciated the detail in packaging and the care they put into making sure the case wouldn’t get damaged during shipping.
