The Legacy: A pristine watch case that is pure quality. I ordered the Legacy watch case because I am a collector. I was blown away by their attention to detail and quality. The box was packaged pristinely and felt like a true display case. My watches are the show piece of this beautiful case, but it also has enough room for my other jewelry and momentos. For anyone who is thinking about getting a product to display their collections proudly, I would 100% recommend getting a display case from Holme & Hadfield. Amazing product (armada) and amazing… Amazing product (armada) and amazing service throughout. Responded quickly to emails and a couple of questions. Packaging was bomb proof …. One issue though, Uk based and got caught for customs charges. All in all very pleased with my purchase

Great product but I think after sales… Great product but I think after sales services need to improve. After you purchased the watch dock inside the package there is a paper slip with a QR code for you to scan and to a link, which is if your pillars are too big for the watch. But there were no further responses after I’ve submitted everything. When I sent email directly to their contact they came back and say there is actually nothing they can do for the pillars size and asked me to consider to buy the other product with removable pillars. Kind of pointless when you include something in the package that nothing can be done.

My watch display cover came damaged but customer service was very responsive and sent a new cover as soon as it was available. I would strongly recommend these products if you like to be organized with your EDC gear and like to have a nice display to showcase your collection.
