Medium price for premium goods My growing knife collection needed a stylish and practical home, so I ordered The Armada. The price feels fair for the premium look and feel of the piece. The unit comes triple-boxed for safety, which was appreciated. When I found a deep scratch on one side of my unit, I sent a photo to customer service, and they had a new unit shipped to me immediately, no further questions asked. I'd definitely buy from H&H again. It'll give me an excuse to buy more knives...

Holme and Hadfield products are great Holme and Hadfield products are great. I love the armory case for my pocket knives. It's solid, great display holder and the drawer below offers additional storage. Second, how you box and ship materials is awesome. I like how secure it is and when you unbox it the presentation is amazing.

Great company plus excellent customer service Great products I really enjoyed using them and they look good anywhere I place them at home. Also wonderful customer service if or whenever you need them. They’re willing to work with you and make it right. Looking forward to their future products and hope they redesign The Hub which has great potential to be the best product they can offer.

Great service Product shipped on time as expected. Unboxing experience was great, similar to the feel of unboxing an Apple product. Premium feel and a great visual way ti display my watches. The drawers were high quality on rollers. Other drawers I have used get stuck or are difficult to open, sometimes subject to wear and tear but these seem like they will last a long while.

Expensive? Yes. Worth it? 100% Ordered their Armada during the initial drop and was blown away by how well it was packaged. I didn’t have a single issue, but I have known a few people who received a cracked case, due to apparently FedEx drop kicking their box from space given how solid the packaging was, and H&H customer service has bent over backwards to make it right. 10/10. Would (and will) buy from them again!
