GBCheap pallets for a heavy load We have ordered several times and the product has been pretty good overall. My complaint is that when we spend $20,000 of rubber flooring I wish you would spend an extra $5 per skid to make life easier on our end. Rarely does is arrive where we can get forks in without trouble or we don’t have a pallet problem. The flip side of that is your pallets/skids are the same weak ones that everyone else uses also. Its just that flooring is so heavy it can create a mess at our end getting them off the truck and into the building

GBThis is my 3rd great experience. I have a full gym in my basement and have used Greatmats on two occasions to do the floor with the 3/4" thick 2x2" flooring. I have also done one bay of my garage with 1/2" thick flooring. The workmanship of the tiles is of high quality and incredible consistency. The delivery response time is always better than the estimates give. The website is very easy to use and order the exact amount you need. I will continue to use Greatmats. They are the best.

GBIf I could leave zero stars for my… If I could leave zero stars for my review, I would. It all began about a month ago when I placed an order for turf and a special underlayment that allows the turf to be fall protection rated. Upon scheduling delivery of my order, I was contacted by the shipper to arrange delivery. On the day of my delivery, I had guys waiting for the product to show up approximately three Hours after they schedule delivery time, I called to find out where my delivery was. It was at this point being inform me that the delivery was refused and sent back to the shipping facility. Nobody ever even showed up so how did the delivery get refused? I was also with them so I know it didn’t show up or get refused by us, they can’t even provide me with a name of who refused it…. They then rescheduled my delivery for two days later at which point an entire pallet of material was missing. I immediately spoke to my salesman Dave O’Malley at which point he informed me that it would get taken care of promptly and immediately, and I would receive my replacements this week…. It has been an entire week since I was told this And they have not even even come up with a solution as to how they are going to get me my missing product or when, all they can say is “they’re working to find a solution”. The only solution is to send me my missing pallet that I have paid for. Not a single solution has been made. I’m out $13,000 for product that I can’t even install because 1/3 of my order is missing. I have called and spoke to my sales rep Dave. I have also spoken with Melanie who is supposed to be handling this while my sales rep is out as well as Megan in upper management. This will be my only and final time dealing with this company and I strongly advise you to use caution as you could end up in the same boat as me.

GBGym Remodel My sales agent Dave O'Malley made all the difference in the world. He was extremely helpful (and patient) and made the entire process smooth and easy. He helped plan out which type of flooring should be installed in which areas, and confirm quantities, etc.
