GBGreatmats did not disappoint! Angie H. was a pleasure to work with. We exhibited at our first big trade show last week with over 20k attendees. We parked our semi tractor trailer in our booth. We also had hundreds of pounds of lasers in our booth. The plush carpet tiles held up under great stress. The quality of the product is really well made.

GBHighly recommended! Building a home gym, and was looking for versatility. Wanted interlocking "puzzle" style mats, and came across Greatmats on the internet. The filter on the website made it easy to find the type of mat you were looking for. The cost was reasonable and the delivery was fast. The only caveat would be the cost of delivery, but the company doesn't control that aspect. A very good experience with them. Highly recommend them!

GBIf I could leave zero stars for my… If I could leave zero stars for my review, I would. It all began about a month ago when I placed an order for turf and a special underlayment that allows the turf to be fall protection rated. Upon scheduling delivery of my order, I was contacted by the shipper to arrange delivery. On the day of my delivery, I had guys waiting for the product to show up approximately three Hours after they schedule delivery time, I called to find out where my delivery was. It was at this point being inform me that the delivery was refused and sent back to the shipping facility. Nobody ever even showed up so how did the delivery get refused? I was also with them so I know it didn’t show up or get refused by us, they can’t even provide me with a name of who refused it…. They then rescheduled my delivery for two days later at which point an entire pallet of material was missing. I immediately spoke to my salesman Dave O’Malley at which point he informed me that it would get taken care of promptly and immediately, and I would receive my replacements this week…. It has been an entire week since I was told this And they have not even even come up with a solution as to how they are going to get me my missing product or when, all they can say is “they’re working to find a solution”. The only solution is to send me my missing pallet that I have paid for. Not a single solution has been made. I’m out $13,000 for product that I can’t even install because 1/3 of my order is missing. I have called and spoke to my sales rep Dave. I have also spoken with Melanie who is supposed to be handling this while my sales rep is out as well as Megan in upper management. This will be my only and final time dealing with this company and I strongly advise you to use caution as you could end up in the same boat as me.
