Greatmats did not disappoint! Angie H. was a pleasure to work with. We exhibited at our first big trade show last week with over 20k attendees. We parked our semi tractor trailer in our booth. We also had hundreds of pounds of lasers in our booth. The plush carpet tiles held up under great stress. The quality of the product is really well made.

Cheap pallets for a heavy load We have ordered several times and the product has been pretty good overall. My complaint is that when we spend $20,000 of rubber flooring I wish you would spend an extra $5 per skid to make life easier on our end. Rarely does is arrive where we can get forks in without trouble or we don’t have a pallet problem. The flip side of that is your pallets/skids are the same weak ones that everyone else uses also. Its just that flooring is so heavy it can create a mess at our end getting them off the truck and into the building

This is my 3rd great experience. I have a full gym in my basement and have used Greatmats on two occasions to do the floor with the 3/4" thick 2x2" flooring. I have also done one bay of my garage with 1/2" thick flooring. The workmanship of the tiles is of high quality and incredible consistency. The delivery response time is always better than the estimates give. The website is very easy to use and order the exact amount you need. I will continue to use Greatmats. They are the best.

Perfect for basements, sunken rooms, unusual spaces! I love my great mattes, they were easy to cut and fit to a very unusual space in our back house. We have a sunken room that both slants and narrows across the space. Implementing our great matte carpet tiles was the perfect solution! Will definitely be purchasing again for future spaces.

Gym Remodel My sales agent Dave O'Malley made all the difference in the world. He was extremely helpful (and patient) and made the entire process smooth and easy. He helped plan out which type of flooring should be installed in which areas, and confirm quantities, etc.
