GBPerfect for basements, sunken rooms, unusual spaces! I love my great mattes, they were easy to cut and fit to a very unusual space in our back house. We have a sunken room that both slants and narrows across the space. Implementing our great matte carpet tiles was the perfect solution! Will definitely be purchasing again for future spaces.

GBCheap pallets for a heavy load We have ordered several times and the product has been pretty good overall. My complaint is that when we spend $20,000 of rubber flooring I wish you would spend an extra $5 per skid to make life easier on our end. Rarely does is arrive where we can get forks in without trouble or we don’t have a pallet problem. The flip side of that is your pallets/skids are the same weak ones that everyone else uses also. Its just that flooring is so heavy it can create a mess at our end getting them off the truck and into the building

GBGreatmats was honest and forthright… Greatmats was honest and forthright about product availability and shipping. I had to wait two weeks for the mats to be back in stock. Once ordered, they shipped almost immediately and with no damages. Huge upgrade to our home gym and training area.

GBIf I could leave zero stars for my… If I could leave zero stars for my review, I would. It all began about a month ago when I placed an order for turf and a special underlayment that allows the turf to be fall protection rated. Upon scheduling delivery of my order, I was contacted by the shipper to arrange delivery. On the day of my delivery, I had guys waiting for the product to show up approximately three Hours after they schedule delivery time, I called to find out where my delivery was. It was at this point being inform me that the delivery was refused and sent back to the shipping facility. Nobody ever even showed up so how did the delivery get refused? I was also with them so I know it didn’t show up or get refused by us, they can’t even provide me with a name of who refused it…. They then rescheduled my delivery for two days later at which point an entire pallet of material was missing. I immediately spoke to my salesman Dave O’Malley at which point he informed me that it would get taken care of promptly and immediately, and I would receive my replacements this week…. It has been an entire week since I was told this And they have not even even come up with a solution as to how they are going to get me my missing product or when, all they can say is “they’re working to find a solution”. The only solution is to send me my missing pallet that I have paid for. Not a single solution has been made. I’m out $13,000 for product that I can’t even install because 1/3 of my order is missing. I have called and spoke to my sales rep Dave. I have also spoken with Melanie who is supposed to be handling this while my sales rep is out as well as Megan in upper management. This will be my only and final time dealing with this company and I strongly advise you to use caution as you could end up in the same boat as me.
