After I placed the order After I placed the order, my manager wanted it ASAP. I called in, and it took maybe 5-10 minutes for the order to be changed and shipped out today. They were extremely helpful and wiling to help me. I was also told if I have any other questions or needed assistance to please call. The people I spoke to were pleasant and helpful. Great Company to Deal With Having the part in stock and at a great price is the reason I do business with Next Security. Took a little extra time to get my account set up, and the process was a little confusing, that is the only reason they are getting 4 instead of 5 stars. Never did get my resale certificate applied to this order.
