Very responsive customer service team… Very responsive customer service team (I used email). I did have an RMA to process, and the entire transaction went smoothly. I do wish that they would pay for the shipping to send items back, but other than that, it was a positive experience!

Don’t pay for expedited shipping Shipping says same day before 3pm eastern. I ordered at 1pm Eastern Thursday paid next day shipping and it didn’t ship until 8pm Friday and now won’t arrive until Monday
