GBVery responsive customer service team… Very responsive customer service team (I used email). I did have an RMA to process, and the entire transaction went smoothly. I do wish that they would pay for the shipping to send items back, but other than that, it was a positive experience!

Took a little extra time to get my account set up, and the process was a little confusing, that is the only reason they are getting 4 instead of 5 stars. GBAfter I placed the order After I placed the order, my manager wanted it ASAP. I called in, and it took maybe 5-10 minutes for the order to be changed and shipped out today. They were extremely helpful and wiling to help me. I was also told if I have any other questions or needed assistance to please call. The people I spoke to were pleasant and helpful. GBDon’t pay for expedited shipping Shipping says same day before 3pm eastern. I ordered at 1pm Eastern Thursday paid next day shipping and it didn’t ship until 8pm Friday and now won’t arrive until Monday
