GBmisleading and doesn't keep their word I filed a review a month ago stating that Cove Smart, on their website misleads people concerning their specials. I also also complained that they don't publish their support email on the website which makes it difficult to contact someone in management if you have a problem and their phone support is not adequate. Last but not least after I received their email address they indicated that I needed to supply my security pin for them to answer my question. I explained asking people to provide them with their security pin number over email is not secure. After filling the complaints I received a telephone call from a cove smart representative. During the conversation the representative promised me they would clarify their offers on the website, add their support email to their website, and they would fix my alarm certificate. At the end of the conversation the representative asked me if I would be kind enough to remove my trust pilot and better Business bureau complaints. I removed the complaints that evening. It is a month later and cove smart has not done a single thing that they've promised. Their equipment is easy to install, but a lot of the documentation of the website does not match the equipment that you're sold. I don't have the timer patience to continue arguing with them so I'm going to keep the alarm system, but I'm certain if I've had this experience so have others. I'm not certain that I would recommend this company.

GBProps to great company!! It was easy to understand the representative. He listened, took notes and immediately helped me remedy my problem. And they gave us an upgrade to a new camera since we have been with them over 3 years and this is probably the first time we ever had an issue. Would definitely recommend cove above all other companies.

GBIndoor camera stopped working My indoor camera recently started to lot work multiples times and when I called the customer service associate immediately offered to send a replacement. It was hassle free and easy. The customer service was Great!

GBGreat customer service and got my old… Great customer service and got my old cove simple system upgraded to the new cove connect system free of charge! (This is only because i had equipment credits)
