Derick was such a big help this morning with the reinstallation of my Cove equipment. He was thorough and effective in all the steps that he informed me to do. GBA+ to COVE I recently installed my home security system from Cove and from day one I fell in love with it! First, it was extremely easy to install and set up. Customer support has been great, I did have a issue getting them to add a door code that the monitoring company can see and pass along to the first responders if the front door is locked and unable to be opened. I have had it in operation for a week now, the connection has never dropped, sensors have never disconnected. I hope that Z-Wave will be intergrated into their system very soon as that would make complete home control / monitoring extremely easy. I 100% recommend Cove!

GBCancellation is a Hassle! I had to call 3 separate days to attempt to cancel my account because every time I called the agent would supposedly be "unable to charge my debit card for the remaining equipment balance". All the while I'M STILL GETTING CHARGED ON THAT SAME CARD MONTHLY FOR A SYSTEM I'M NO LONGER USING! Funny how your system only had an issue processing my payment when I wanted to cancel and not for my monthly payments. I end up giving them a different card to use and it finally works. Great, now I think I'm finally able to put this awful company behind me. NOPE. Now I find out I have to pay yet another upcoming monthly payment because of your B.S. "30 Day Cancellation Window". This company will bleed you like a stuck pig for every dime you have if you're trying to cancel. Go with a company with better policies and customer service. After all the system and sensors are the same anywhere you go! Find a company that sets themselves apart with how they treat you and the policies they enforce. COVE WILL TREAT YOU LIKE AN ATM.

GBmisleading and doesn't keep their word I filed a review a month ago stating that Cove Smart, on their website misleads people concerning their specials. I also also complained that they don't publish their support email on the website which makes it difficult to contact someone in management if you have a problem and their phone support is not adequate. Last but not least after I received their email address they indicated that I needed to supply my security pin for them to answer my question. I explained asking people to provide them with their security pin number over email is not secure. After filling the complaints I received a telephone call from a cove smart representative. During the conversation the representative promised me they would clarify their offers on the website, add their support email to their website, and they would fix my alarm certificate. At the end of the conversation the representative asked me if I would be kind enough to remove my trust pilot and better Business bureau complaints. I removed the complaints that evening. It is a month later and cove smart has not done a single thing that they've promised. Their equipment is easy to install, but a lot of the documentation of the website does not match the equipment that you're sold. I don't have the timer patience to continue arguing with them so I'm going to keep the alarm system, but I'm certain if I've had this experience so have others. I'm not certain that I would recommend this company.
