basura. loved this company for years. not sure what changed with the way they do business but their customer service techs are rude and disregard your problems. i upgraded to the new cove connect panel from my original simple panel and i've regretted it ever since. nothing but connectivity issues and i'm unable to return to my old panel. WT F

So I went on their website and chatted with Edison. He got me hooked up with everything I needed, on top of everything I wanted. Good reliable system I installed my system 1 year ago. It arrived timely after ordering. Installation was easy. It has operated very well. We have frequent power outages & the system alerts us to those plus when the power comes back on. I had one door sensor fail after I replaced a battery (kept saying the cover wasn’t on). The customer service person was fantastic to work with and I had a new sensor in about a week. Id definitely recommend this system to others.

Rough start, but resolved now UPDATED REVIEW: I had such a rough start in the beginning but I am very happy this was resolved and I was able to vent my frustrations to Nicholas and he was very patient and supportive of my situation. The key point that needed to be addressed was the miscommunication and lack of empathy to my situation from the reps I dealt with and he was more than happy to acknowledge my feelings were valid. I have been loving the equipment so far and love the ease of use as well. I appreciate the accountability and the help I was given in my time of stress.

A+ to COVE I recently installed my home security system from Cove and from day one I fell in love with it! First, it was extremely easy to install and set up. Customer support has been great, I did have a issue getting them to add a door code that the monitoring company can see and pass along to the first responders if the front door is locked and unable to be opened. I have had it in operation for a week now, the connection has never dropped, sensors have never disconnected. I hope that Z-Wave will be intergrated into their system very soon as that would make complete home control / monitoring extremely easy. I 100% recommend Cove!
