GBmisleading and doesn't keep their word I filed a review a month ago stating that Cove Smart, on their website misleads people concerning their specials. I also also complained that they don't publish their support email on the website which makes it difficult to contact someone in management if you have a problem and their phone support is not adequate. Last but not least after I received their email address they indicated that I needed to supply my security pin for them to answer my question. I explained asking people to provide them with their security pin number over email is not secure. After filling the complaints I received a telephone call from a cove smart representative. During the conversation the representative promised me they would clarify their offers on the website, add their support email to their website, and they would fix my alarm certificate. At the end of the conversation the representative asked me if I would be kind enough to remove my trust pilot and better Business bureau complaints. I removed the complaints that evening. It is a month later and cove smart has not done a single thing that they've promised. Their equipment is easy to install, but a lot of the documentation of the website does not match the equipment that you're sold. I don't have the timer patience to continue arguing with them so I'm going to keep the alarm system, but I'm certain if I've had this experience so have others. I'm not certain that I would recommend this company.

GBRough start, but resolved now UPDATED REVIEW: I had such a rough start in the beginning but I am very happy this was resolved and I was able to vent my frustrations to Nicholas and he was very patient and supportive of my situation. The key point that needed to be addressed was the miscommunication and lack of empathy to my situation from the reps I dealt with and he was more than happy to acknowledge my feelings were valid. I have been loving the equipment so far and love the ease of use as well. I appreciate the accountability and the help I was given in my time of stress.

GBMissing, installed, sensors! Brice did a wonderful job solving our problem. He was patient kind and thorough. It took a lot of effort on his part to solve our mystery, missing, sensors that were installed and paired previously. A big thank you to Brice!

GBI love COVE! I love Cove! I was looking for a no-nonsense affordable security system after a break-in attempt a few years ago and Cove has been just perfect. Quality equipment, a beautifully simple app, sos remote fabs... and utility sensors! I'm excited to try the new doorbell cam next. Thank you for all the wonderful and helpful service COVE. Your support staff is the best! :)

GBbasura. loved this company for years. not sure what changed with the way they do business but their customer service techs are rude and disregard your problems. i upgraded to the new cove connect panel from my original simple panel and i've regretted it ever since. nothing but connectivity issues and i'm unable to return to my old panel. WT F
