I love COVE! I love Cove! I was looking for a no-nonsense affordable security system after a break-in attempt a few years ago and Cove has been just perfect. Quality equipment, a beautifully simple app, sos remote fabs... and utility sensors! I'm excited to try the new doorbell cam next. Thank you for all the wonderful and helpful service COVE. A technical support specialist Cove should be proud of The technician communicated very well. I could understand her very easily and she listened very well to my comments and questions. She was extremely polite and professional. She was well trained in trouble-shooting and resolving my problem.

Props to great company!! It was easy to understand the representative. He listened, took notes and immediately helped me remedy my problem. And they gave us an upgrade to a new camera since we have been with them over 3 years and this is probably the first time we ever had an issue. Would definitely recommend cove above all other companies.
