Most outstanding was the communication and follow-up. Because I was skeptical, I reached out several times by email to make sure nothing was falling through the cracks. Not only did I get e-mail feedback, but on each occasion I received a phone call to answer my query. In the end, the product arrived BEFORE the projected date (a bit over a week in total) WITHOUT any shipping damage and exactly to the specification I provided. I received exactly what I ordered at my… I received exactly what I ordered at my door, cut to the dimensions I asked for just about ten days after I ordered it. Shipping was free and the price was reasonable. My only concern was that I had trouble getting in touch with anyone there. Just as I started to think that I might have been the victim of an online fake company, my plastic arrived, and it has since been installed as a sliding companionway cover on my sailboat. I received genuine Lexan polycarbonate, a plus for me. I would do business with them again.
