GBCommunication between myself and shapes… Communication between myself and shapes plastics was less than optimal. When I tried to call someone, a recording recommended I use email or “chat“ for faster service. When I attempted to chat, I got no response. When I attempted to email, apparently my Gmail did not sync with whatever mail system they use, so I was unable to communicate through that channel either. Once I was able to connect with a live person, they were polite and eager to help.

GBPlastic terminology , read it ! I have been expecting a call back but none ever came. I ordered incorrectly not understanding the plastic terminology and they were going to try and help me resolve issue but …. Expensive mistake I have been contacted and the company is going to help me out with what I needed. Great service . Thank you

GBShipping was good and on time Shipping was good and on time Price was acceptable Quality was good Custom cutting was somewhat poor The width wasn’t too bad but not consistent The length was more inconsistent by up to an 1/8” I was able to make it work for this project.
