GBOur Merchandise arrived damaged Our Merchandise arrived damaged. I sent pictures to your company and have received NO REPLY from the pictures I sent. The box was torn and broken and all three pieces were damaged. No evidence of any protective material was present. I am extremely disappointed. I may send it back the same way I received it if I do not hear from you soon!

GB1/8 inch tolerance One of the dimensions was off by an 1/8 of an inch. Although the website says that there is a 1/8 tolerance (which is pretty large) I didn’t think that it would be a whole Eighth off.

GBPlastic terminology , read it ! I have been expecting a call back but none ever came. I ordered incorrectly not understanding the plastic terminology and they were going to try and help me resolve issue but …. Expensive mistake I have been contacted and the company is going to help me out with what I needed. Great service . Thank you

GBCommunication between myself and shapes… Communication between myself and shapes plastics was less than optimal. When I tried to call someone, a recording recommended I use email or “chat“ for faster service. When I attempted to chat, I got no response. When I attempted to email, apparently my Gmail did not sync with whatever mail system they use, so I was unable to communicate through that channel either. Once I was able to connect with a live person, they were polite and eager to help.
