GB1/8 inch tolerance One of the dimensions was off by an 1/8 of an inch. Although the website says that there is a 1/8 tolerance (which is pretty large) I didn’t think that it would be a whole Eighth off.

GBI purchased a custom cut sheet of clear… I purchased a custom cut sheet of clear cast plexiglass for a project. It was shipped wrapped in some bubble wrap and a thin sheet of corrugated paper. No box or anything sturdy. It was shipped FedEx, and unfortunately two different corners were damaged due to the poor shipping materials used. Normally, I would have contacted the company and arranged an exchange, but I needed the project finished ASAP. So I'll have to deal with some cosmetic flaws for now. If I need custom cut plexiglass again, I'll look elsewhere.

GBPlastic terminology , read it ! I have been expecting a call back but none ever came. I ordered incorrectly not understanding the plastic terminology and they were going to try and help me resolve issue but ….
