Saker tool review I've bought at least 3 Saker products and found all of them to be sound investments. They are of high quality and are as advertised. "The bang for the buck"so to speak. The only problem with any of their products that I have ordered is on my end in not understanding that the measurements on the layout adjustable square were in metrics on both sides. It's a great square but a bit confusing when I use it. I should have looked closer at the pictures in the advertisement. Maybe someone at Saker could look into putting a standard rule on one side of this thing. It would make life a little easier for us older folks I know. Thank you people at Saker for bringing these useful High Quality, easy to use tools to market for a reasonable price.

Excellent service i originally ordered a mini chain saw. then i decided to buy an extension pole which was not compatible with the saw i bought. With my saw you could not use the extension pole at all. Saker refunded me 80% 0f the purchase price and told me to keep the extension pole which I cannot use.

Very good and useful products. Great customer service. When I ordered a product and mistakenly ordered 2, customer service was extremely helpful and offered a fair refund. I would recommend your products to anyone since they are high quality and due to your excellent customer service.

Easy to order Easy to order, great item. No charging plug with it. I ordered one and they sent an American one to an English address. This was rectified by them via email. Be aware the charging plug is a separate item.

Not Saker branded I got a similar product to what I ordered but it doesn't have the Saker brand and the instructions are all in Chinese language ans writing Smartsaker has indeed contacted me and addressed my concerns after they contacted me I used the product and it performed as I was hoping it would.I have bought several of their products in the past and have always been satisfied with them.I appreciate their quick response to my concerns regarding this purchase.
